Hi, the light blue is sorta like BRIGHT blue. it's not really much lighter than the pic. measurements are: Bust 90-110cm (around), Length 72cm, Sleeve length 18cm, Shoulder width 44cm. As for the band, it is non-elastic, it's just crotchet details :)
