| Commissions! |

Cross-posted to my main LJ - Sorry if you see it twice.
Like everyone else right now, I need money. As some of you know, I'm going to grad school next September, and I am sorely lacking in funds. I have perhaps one quarter of the bare minimum of money that I shall need in the coming year. As such, I would be VERY grateful for commissions, or, if you cannot commission me, if you would be kind enough to pass it along that I'm offering them. Thanks!

Perseus. A shaded version of an earlier image, included in the short story component of my thesis. |

Random gargoyle chick. Copic markers, and some playing around in photoshop. Has problems. |

| Hermes! |
[Jun. 11th, 2008|04:06 pm] |

A quick Hermes image, to serve as a place holder at the Perseus webcomic page so that when I direct my profs there during my thesis defence there's more there a 404.
I think this is actually the first time I've done Hermes in colour, which is a little silly, given that I've known Hermes' colours since I designed him three years ago. |

| Keycon art |
[May. 19th, 2008|06:39 pm] |
Here is the art I displayed/sold at Keycon this year.
This is an Anubis piece I did - I'm thinking of either redoing it in ink and colouring digitally, or somehow touching this one up, so I can make prints. Hopefully that way, the background won't look so... bad. Also, do note the annoying line caused by my scanner. This one sold for I think $40. Ink and watercolour. (The gold shimmers in real life.)
This one didn't sell, which kind of surprised me, but... whatever. (Also, the frame I put it in was not the frame I had originally intended for it, and it looked like shit. Ink.
This one also went up, because I didn't like one of the pieces I was going to do enough to finish it - this one is actually fairly old, it's from October; I just never scanned it. The silver and blue are shiny in real life. This one sold = possibly for $5, if what I saw on the 'quick bid' sheet was correct. Which I really hope it wasn't, since the minimum bid was supposed to be $15. Prismacolour markers, copic markers, sharpie, and pens.
( Cut cause it's long sideways ) This one went to auction because a husband and wife accidentally outbid each other. It's teeny, and acrylic. It went for $60. |

| Sir Guy of Good Gisburne |
[Feb. 8th, 2008|11:44 pm] |

Sir Guy of Gisburne. (Robin of Sherwood version.) Doodle at work, no reference. His hair is a bit screwy, and his armour's wrong. And his cape is all messed up, but that's just my own incompetence, not a lack of reference. *grin*
One day, I'll draw a nice picture of Gisburne, rather than a cruddy work doodle. Because frankly? Gisburne is awesome. |

Kedge in colour! Because I actually felt like colouring today, and I'll be damned if I'll waste such a mood! |

A headshot I've had kicking around for a while. This is Kedge, drawn for the first time in at least three years. Most of you do not know him. And redesigned slightly. :) Now I've just gotta design his outfit.
And a Djinn doodle I did last night.
See that vertical line on the left-hand side? I think that means my scanner is going. What the hell? This a fairly NEW scanner. Piece of garbage... |

[Nov. 24th, 2007|06:05 pm] |

PE Round 59 for BleuPencil! Her character Charlie, being warm and spiritual in the morning glow. I tried a different colouring method here. He is a cutie. I want to beep him on the nose. |
