I made a mix from Russian and English version of the song – because honestly? Russian lyrics are much more interesting than English one. And yeah, you probably won’t understand a word from Russian parts of the song, but anyway. I made a brief translation of those parts.

Just finished watching season 4 (which means I watched 2 seasons in a week o.O). Seriously, Amber? WTF, I can't even feel sorry for her. I mean, I am sorry she died, but I didn't cry - she's been with Wilson for, what, 3 episodes? She went from being the Bitch to the love of his life a little too fast.

Which brings me to the point that fucking writers' strike 07/08 ruined the whole season (well, that and plus the fact that so little of Chase & Cameron = epic fail). I like the new characters, but I don't see why it was so necessary to decrease the screen time of the old ones. Of course, that doesn't apply to Foreman, but I don't like him and never did, so it sucks for me :/

Uh, well, at least I know for sure there will be some House/Cuddy action in the next season (FINALLY). And after I'm done with House MD, I'll start watching Bones or Lie To Me (or maybe both of them - haven't decided yet).

Hi hi hi! I am so so sorry for not being around lately, especially to those of you who have commented on one of my fics or friended me in the past couple of weeks.

I'm seriously like the drive-by LJ person. It's horrible. I'm horrible. I'm sorry!

Not to excuse my awful *not-being-around-like-at-ALL* and not writing thing, but I've been BUSY. OMG. Our band is picking up speed and we were featured on the front page of our Life section this past week (yes, with a picture, so I'm actually being recognized and shit, like more than before and it's WEIRD), and me and my drummer have started writing some new stuff. For those of you who were around when I was writing with my OLD drummer (he who shall never be mentioned on this journal again), me and the new one are taking my old melodies and putting them to dance/punk tracks, so I'm so so so excited!  Those of you on my Twitter may know this, but Kaci Brattaglia (the girl who sings "Crazy Posessive") has asked me to record our cover of her song and send it to her :) That was like, an awesome moment. She seems like such a sweetheart. And any girl that sings "Touch my man again and I'ma fuck you up" is a friend of mine fer srs.

Made a bunch of headers tonight for various people cause my son was sick and I just needed something to do lol I posted over at imissyourmusk and asked if anyone wanted anything and ended up making like 5 :) Go me. If you wanna see some of the generic ones I made, they're below (under a cut and all to save screenage).

Also under the cut are a couple of new snapshots from yer Pinky girl, just to keep ya updated. The hair is no longer pink, it's black and pink lol And I took out the lip ring and got a new tattoo on my wrist that says "I shall not break." Getting another one on the other wrist that says "I shall not fall" AND my boys are working up a new concept for a huge X that is gonna span my neck and hook over to my collar bones (my son's name starts with an X) and I'm getting his birthday in Roman Numerals in between the bottom legs :) It's gonna be SAWEEEET.

Hey everyone! I know I haven't updated since last month. I'm sorry if anyone worried or anything. I've just been spending more time on Facebook. And I haven't really had much to talk about. But I did have a lot of fun during the 4th of July weekend. :)

Anyways, I wanted to ask a quick question to the other Potterheads on my flist. For the midnight movie, I'm dressing up as a Gryffindor Quidditch player. I'm going to wear my mom's read bathrobe and I'm going to attach letters for a last name and a number to resemble the robes in the later movies. So who were the females on the Quidditch team? What were their last names?

I got my All Hell Breaks Loose convention DVD today. ... No squeeing here. I am really disappointed. In everything.  The cover is ridiculously bad. I'm sorry to whoever made it, I'm not trying to actively diss you, I can honestly say that I know the final look of something can often be the client's idea of what looks good rather than the graphic designer/artist in charge, but ... I'm having trouble believing that this was professionally done. If it was? It was done on a dodgey home-made set up. The discs themselves look like they've just been run through an Epson r210 and smell like it, too. It's never a good sign when you can smell ink on discs. But whatever.  The whole thing screams amateur hour. That's the first thing you think when you see the cover and it's the first thing you think when you see the actual dvd menu. Lame-o. Seriously. 

And then there's the content. The interviews go for about a minute a piece? Jensen only clocked about 30seconds, I think. He had, what? three questions? Fail. Jared's was filmed while Misha was having a panel so he was somewhat drowned out by the screaming fangirls and all three suffered from awesome-bad echoing problems. Way to think things through, HUB.

Highlight reels were .. IDK. Am I overusing the word bad? About five minutes of footage of con-goers doing random things; queueing, buying merch, getting photo and auto ops, random scans of the crowd, heavily condensed screaming & trivia contests, about three minutes of the ViP afternoon tea thing and really random Hi we have a camera and are making a dvd can you say a few words about how awesome everything is? moments with fans.

But the thing I was dreading most - the stupid crotch-shot screen is the footage on the dvd. I was hoping against hope that they had another camera. Turns out they did - but it kinda sucks. They switch to that whenever they lose Jared, Jensen or Misha on screen, but even then there is sometimes a lag of dead screen when no-one has noticed that the boys have moved.  But on the whole it was the Crotch-shot screen of Fail.

I know it sounds like I'm bitching and... I guess I kinda am. I paid more for this dvd than I pay for actual dvds, you know? That AND i waited two and a half months to get my fucking hands on it. I was expecting more. But this is HUB afterall, and I can honestly say that I had a low opinion of them already because of certain issues at the convention, and now this has just reaffirmed that opinion.

/bitching.

..and onto the goodies.

One of the things that annoys me most about the cover is the lack of Misha so of course, I made my own. Anyone is welcome to download the files and use them for your own purposes. They aren't perfect but I kinda like 'em a whole lot better than the official version. =) And IDC if I sound obnoxious. ^__^

** A  couple of things though;
DO NOT print out labels and stick them onto your existing dvds. Unevenly applied labels can actually, over time, cause your discs to spin unevenly and ruin them. If you are interested in having pretty disc art, I suggest  you either A) rip/burn a new copy of the discs onto FULL FACE printable discs and print them up with a printer that has disc-printing capabilities, or B) Print labels up and apply them to newly burned dvds, keeping the originals intact incase the new copies go wonky as time goes by.
Also, be sure to use FULL FACE labels or Jensen and Jared will have big holes where their heads should be. =)
