Well... I don't know if I posted it too late or because of the cristmas celebrations, but untill now nobody had responded to the current event (Edit: Oh, ok, Luna has done! XD) To make things worse, I'm going to Madrid tomorrow in the morgning and I won't be able to conect (and thus, participate in that event) untill January 4th, when I return.

So in order to not to paralize the game anymore, and as an exceptional meassure, you have my permision to manipulate my caracters (wich means The Count and Fantasio) as you wish untill I come back again. This means you can make them talk, walk, interact with other characters... anything. And also you can open other events if you consider it necessary.

Ok, folks, it's time to re-start the RP game again!

I've been thinking on what we should do from now on, and I think I came up with a good planning:

- First, we'll be starting with the on-going game. The next event will be posted tomorrow morning and will consist on a "reunion" of all the characters in the Champignac-en-Cambrousse main street, before the presentation (also, this will be a great opportunnity for "Lucia Zeronto" (a.k.a Luna Cortizone) to make her great appearence ;) Obviouslly, this will be an event via LJ to make things easier...
- Also, on December 24th I'll post a Special event wich will take place (you already guessed it, rigth? XD) at Christmas Eve! ^^ I didn't know were would the action take place, though... At first I wanted to make it take place at Champignac's mansion, but since the principal event is already taking place at Champignac, it will be a little confusing ^^U And Spirou's house is a bit little for a great party to take place... So I finnally came up with the idea of make it take place at Fantasio's home! (the one he inherited from his uncle at the end of the album "L'homme qui...") You like the idea? Or you have a better idea for this? Every suggestion will be most welcome! ^_^

Well, now if you excuse me, I'll start redacting the introducction of the main event... (I hope it doesn't take me long ^^UUUUU)

Ok, First of all, I think I should appologize for been too much time out of the internet world in general, and of this communitty in particular. It is enterelly my fault that the Rolegame has been on a stop for the past month, since I leaved to study for exams and finish my seminares without not even leave instructions on what to do in my absence... I feel responsible for that and I'm really sorry.

Now, concerning the game itself... we are near the Cristmas vacantions, so this is a good opportunnity to make a special event for that. But we still have to continue the main story so... wich one do you prefer to do first? You want to do both? Or you want to quit? (I hope not ^^U) I'm still on exams untill February, but I'll do my best to try to maintain the game active, promised.

But first I want to make sure if everybody is ready to start once again (and if there are more people willing to join us)

After solving a little problem of coordination ^^U we managed to make our first Event via Messenger. It's published here (http://community.livejournal.com/bd_rp/1627.html#cutid1) Plus it's a "flashback" event (didn't I said you could make events wich weren't necesarilly in chronological order? Why do you think I told you to put the date of the event? :P) So please enjoy!

Remember when last week I told you I was thinking about do something for the Special Event opened by our Mod, but didn't know if I would do it in the end? Ok, so it's time to solve the mistery: my idea was to take temporally the character of Zorglub to participate in that event, so it could serve me as an "excuse" for his absence in the firsts events. But I have decided to wait a little longer so the people who really want to take him will have their opportunnity. So if you didn't make up your mind yet, now it's time to do it! (Geez, it almost seems as if I was announcing the Sales XDDDDD)

Sorry for my absence this days, folks. My return to the daily life after my trip was busier that I had hoped. I've been dealing with classes, practices and study evenings all this days... it's been a pretty hard week for me and I had barely the time to look into internet, other than my mail accounts ^^U

But now is time to get with the RP! Our moderator Vivi has set up a new event, open to all the characters... and it's a crossover event! (may I understand that this is some kind of "special event"? - meaning that it doesn't interfere with the story that it's going on in the S&F fandom?) I have a little idea to participate in this event, but I'm not really sure if I will do it in the end because it would break - if only temporally - one of the rules I had made for this game...

Other than that, we're still searching for new players and characters are still aviable to be chosen! Just as a reminder, here's a list with some of the characters from the fandom that you could chose:

By the way, there was something that I forgot to mention in the FAQ and I think it's very important. I'll moddify the rules when I have the time, but meanwhile, I'll share it whith you:

FAQ: I will be on a trip/ I have exams from the day X to the day Y, therefore, I won't be able to participate in the Roleplay during that time.

ANSWER: We all have a real life and responsabilities that we have to attend, so we'll understand if you have to go for a time. The only thing we demmand is that you warn us with time, so we can make up an "excuse" for your character's "disapearience" :P


Talking about disapeariences, I'm going this weekend on a little trip of four days to Cordoba, but since I was planning an updating of one event per week, I don't think it would interrupt the march of this game too much...

Hello to all of you!

Since we're in late september, I think by now all the members of this community will have finished their summer vacantions, so it's time we start preparing the roleplay we've been talking about in the past months.

First, as many of you have noticed by now, I'm writting this message only in english instead of the trilingual message you ussually get from me. This is for a good reason: since the RP is meant to be open to our members and any Spirou fan that could be interested, and since there are Spirou-fans of many nationalities, we should writte the messages related to the RP in a language that is as international as this fandom. Therefore from now on, all the messages related with the RP, including the in-game entries, should be written in english. I now this could be a problem for our french-speaking members, wich are majority on this community, but I beg to them to take in consideration the other members, who may not understand french as well as english. Please think of this rule, not as an imposition, but as a bridge that can unite better our members in this proyect.

However, I compromise to help members whose maternal language is not english to help them with any language issue or doubts they could have. I'm even ready to help you translate your messages to english if necessary.

Now, regarding the RP itself, my objective is that we start formally with the game on 1st October at the latest. For this to be posible, we must begin now to chose wich person will take the role of wich character. To begin the RP in good conditions, we should at least get assignated this four characters:

Spirou
Fantasio
Champignac
Spip* (optional: the person who plays the role of Spirou can also make the role os Spip if necessary)

Once we have those characters assignated, you can choose between these three characters:

Zantafio
Seccotine
Zorglub

If someone wants to play any other character from the fandom, you can do it, but not before the seven listed above are assignated, ok?

When all the characters are chosen, all the players must register in the community that Vivi has provided us (see this post -> http://community.livejournal.com/spirou_fandom/50665.html) before 30th September. You can join either with your personal LJ or with a LJ created especifically to play your role (I leave this optional because I think that create and maintain a LJ for a character in a RP is a bit problematic - believe me, I know this by personal experience ^^U) The 1st October I will post on that community the rules for the Roleplay. Untill that day, you can make suggestions about the rules we should play with ^^

One more thing before I end this post: if one of the four principal characters are not assigned by 30th September, the game will be cancelled I've had bad experiences with this kind of matter in the past, so I won't begin with this proyect untill I'm sure that people will compromise to lead this proyect 'til the end.
