I watched Shimostuma Monogatari (what a guilty pleasure) for the first time recently, and have developed quite a crush on Anna. I also discovered that she's on the cover of an issue of KERA I bought like 500 years back.. thought I'd share :>

So what's the general consensus of this rocking new song? I finally got to listen to it last night and I quite like it XD The lyrics are suited for a rap song but at the same time it sounds good with rock and Anna's thick voice.

If you have an iTunes Japan account, hunt around for the Tokyo Girls Collection in Podcasts. Each issue of the podcast is completely free ^-^ The show I'm talking about specifically is the Autumn/Winter 2005 one.
Anna first makes an appearance after the 2 minute mark, and she totally knows how to work that hair. @_____@ Yamada Yu also appears. <333 I also see Matsumoto Rio *o*
I also have a clip that is solely Anna psyching up a crowd for the show. I think I may be able to share it with others as it's a free podcast, but I don't know.
EDIT: chibi_death says this can be accessed on a US account as well. :D Yay!

Anna can now claim her role in a part of the NANA franchise as she will be singing the opening for the anime, airing April 5th. The song is called "rose" and it is inspired by Black Stones, one of the main bands in the series.
Equally cool (yet hiatus-y) half-Japanese rocker OLIVIA will be singing the ending "a little pain", as inspired by Trapnest (the other band), but that has little relevance other than I know I love OLIVIA and usagiko loves OLIVIA.

Some of these names are familiar. I know Captain Funk from Tommy February6's Everyday at the Bus Stop single (they remixed that song wondefully) and of course the guy from Ketsumeishi. I know Shinichi Osawa from M-Flo's Dope Space Nine remix album, and he did an above-par remix for Tripod Baby. I don't really know the others xD

A quick google search tells me that the Lean no Tsubasa ending theme song is called 'MY FATE' ^^ T've seen on some websites that thw A-sie of Anna's new single will be a CM song, and that CM for 'SLAP THAT NAUGHTY BODY' started playing a few weeks ago. So it looks as if the title will be SLAP THAT NAUGHTY BODY / MY FATE or something ^^

Hey everybody ♥ I've been playing around with Youtube a little bit, and I thought I'd upload something Anna-related while I was thinking about it. There was a special sort of "making of" movie clip included with the Taste My Beat mini-album--it included clips of Anna goofing off, singing, making the "Taste My Skin" PV, and at an autograph session. I thought it'd be just a little treat for those of you who haven't seen it, sooo if you'd like to take a look, you can find it here!
For those of you not familiar with Youtube, it's sort of like Google Video--higher quality videos heavily compressed in order to allow quick and easy viewing. The quality of this clip isn't perfect, but if that bothers you ... buy the CD! :)
edit Oh, and for those who may have not yet seen them, the "Change Your Life" and "Taste My Skin" PVs are also up at Youtube--just search for "Tsuchiya Anna" and you'll find them, among other Anna-related clips.

Yay, that was a nice interview. I sent in a question but they didn't read it out x.X I recorded it for everyone here too, and it's just uploading now on rapidshare (cause rapidshare is unlimited and expires after 30 days of inactivity ^^)
(will post it here when it's done uploading...rapidshare said "70.5 minutes remaining." o_O My compy's slow)
It's 40.5MB, and almost 40 minutes long ^^ That's pretty low quality in streaming terms, but not terrible.
Oh, and from what I picked up that when she writes in English she uses dictionaries and things xD Like..she isn't at a completely fluent level. I was suprised with that (and so was the interviewer lady xD)
