When the Carlin family moved from a small town in Ohio to the big city of Los Angeles, Spencer Carlin had no idea what to expect. Her main focus was what any normal teenager girl's was: to fit in. She found herself a place on the school cheerleading squad. She met a nice boy, Aiden Dennison, and a seemingly nice girl, Madison Duarte. It wasn't perfect, but it was enough. Right?
All that changed when she met Ashley Davies. Ashley was wild, angry, and a deviant. Just hanging out with her lost Spencer any hope of becoming Madison's friend and put her in the middle of an awkward history between Ashley and Aiden. Mix that in with the fact that Ashley seems to be into girls and maybe even into her and Spencer is at a loss of what to do.
Spencer and Ashley became fast friends, their bond growing closer and deeper with each day. Spencer helped Ashley through the hard times and Ashley helped Spencer navigate her growing sexual confusion. Despite the unfavorable opinion of their schoolmates and Spencer's own family members, the two girls remained close friends. The attraction between the two of them grew and grew until, finally, they sealed their new relationship with a kiss followed by a steamy night between the sheets.

CONTENT. Feel free to discuss moments, episodes, essays, and anything having to do with South of Nowhere and Ashley/Spencer. Also feel free to post icons, colorbars, graphics, fanfictions, etc. Express yourself.
