| First Meeting Review - 23 August 2004 |
[23 Aug 2004|09:28pm] |
We are having sort of a conflict of figuring out what time everyone, in particular this years officers, could all meet at the same time. During today's meeting Jessa, Mark, Robbie, and Eric decided that Monday at 3:00pm seemed like an okay time. However, we still need to figure out if this time would apply to everyone else. If not Mark volunteered to take down everyone's schedule and figure out what time would work out for everyone.
As a group of four we decided that our meetings will take place on campus this year, especially since most of the members are comprised of students of UCCS.
A Carnival of Clubs will be held on September 1st between 11am-2pm and on September 2nd 4pm-7:30pm. It would be much appreciated if people could volunteer to run a booth for our club. Just one hour of your time would be great!
October 11th is National Coming Out Day!! We would like to do something this year, however, we are a bit unsure of what. If you have any suggestions of what to do this year place submit your suggestion to any of this years officers.
