The Best Medicine

"Yuki."

The voice caused Souma Yuki to glance up from his large pile of student council paperwork towards its source, his cousin Hatsuharu.

"Yes, Haru?" Yuki replied calmly.

Haru shuffled, slightly uneasy, and tried to cover what was hidden behind his back better. "I have a gift for you," he explained. "Close your eyes."

Yuki sighed, knowing full well what Haru was hiding. As of recently, Hatori had deemed Yuki calcium-deficient and ordered him to start taking calcium pills, which, of course, he flat-out refused to do. Yuki didn't like the idea of medicine.

It wasn't as if he needed them though. Perhaps Hatori was right and he really did need calcium, it still wasn't like his bones were going to collapse right under him. After all, his bones were still strong enough that they could still kick that baka-neko's butt to next Thursday without any real effort.

Yuki solemnly swore the day that Kyou beat him was the day he'd start taking calcium pills. Which wasn't going to happen anytime this century. So no worries for him.

Apparently, they'd gotten desperate enough that they managed to convince Haru into trying to con him. Though Yuki wasn't going to fall for it that easily.

"Why?" Yuki asked innocently. "How will I see the gift if my eyes are closed?"

Hatsuharu sighed, realizing this was going to be harder than he thought it was going to be. "Please?" he asked.

Yuki smiled and closed his eyes, deciding to play along with Haru. Even if he could get it in Yuki's mouth, Haru had no way of making him swallow it.

"Now," Haru continued, "say 'Ah!'"

"Ah!" Yuki repeated like an obedient child, amused at the effort Haru was making. He expected for Hatsuharu to put the calcium pill inside his mouth, but instead he felt warm lips upon his own.

Yuki squeaked, surprised, and his eyes opened in shock. "H-Haru!"

"Sh..." Haru whispered and skillfully placed the calcium pill into Yuki's mouth and then proceeded to kiss him.

Yuki hesitantly kissed back and somehow accidentally managed to swallow the pill.

"Mmmph!" Yuki choked back, realizing Haru had suceeded. After a few minutes, though, Yuki decided he didn't really care. Actually, he thought, if he got to kiss Haru every time he took medicine, Yuki wouldn't mind having to take calcium pills more often...
