No. I'm having surgery tomorrow. A lot less fun. 8I There's a slight possibility my recovery won't last two weeks, but... you know. Just playing it safe. Certainly, for a while, I'll just be on painkillers and won't be able to check anything. Please, don't worry. It's not anything serious, like a horrible sickness! That's not what's going on at all. I'm sure I'll be fine and dandy after it's done. But I'd appreciate your thoughts and prayers.

This. Of course I'm very scared. But I'm really sad to leave you guys for so long, especially during a critical plot. You guys have been so wonderful lately~ Really keeping me happy in a scary time. When I return, I'll hopefully be ready to app another character (or two). Love you guys.

Probably should have posted this a couple days ago, since we're already a bit thin on the ground, but Ghost and I have a really busy weekend and then a big event thinger happening early next week. So we're going to be largely MIA until round about Tuesday or so. A few tags might filter in from us between now and then, but expect both of us to be even slower than usual.

So I'll be going on another semi-hiatus until next Friday (12-18) because I not only have exams THIS Friday but also next Friday. While few there may be I still must study my knickers off. I'll be around on AIM and will check around now and then for updates but other than that don't expect much.

For Group 2 activities I'll come around and poke my nose in for those but again, don't expect super activity until next Friday-ish. If anyone needs me you can email me or IM me (both on Lavi's journal).

... Hey Campaigners! I've got two and a half things for you today.

1.5) orz I'm sorry for disappearing. Between school and life I sort of forgot about the game/had other things to worry about D|;; But those things are over now, so I should be able to catch up/jump back in.


2) Usually I'm not fond of big dramatic drops, but.

Amber is gone. She's doing nothing but squatting around her room like "...well, now what?" and the next step for her is to die. But first, there's something I should explain! Amber Sweet is addicted to the knife. She can't get special organs and stuff here, so she made do with just slicing her flesh open and stitching herself back together. Ow. Eventually, she ran out of places to cut, and hey, she's had work done on her neck before, so it wouldn't be too hard to go there right? wrong.

She ended up slitting her throat in the bathroom of her apartment last night just before the storm started, meaning she'd be in rigor mortis at this point in time. There's obvsly a pool of (very unnatural looking) blood in her bathroom. If no one finds her body for a few days, the tenth floor of casualty communal will probably start to reek. (Since her internal organs are all.. artificial, they probably won't decay as fast/well as natural organs would.

In the case someone does go into her apartment and looks in her fridge you'll find all of Shilo's organs in various jars. Including but not limited to her heart, and eyes. also her soul. orz if anyone else feels as sick as I do after that, I'm sorry. also if that didn't make any sense, I'm a little tired.

So far it's just me, Al, and Lavi. I know at some point Al will be separated from the book so that he can come upon Matilda. Nikki, you also have plans for him and Watanuki to find Ling, yes? How shall we work this out?

Does anyone else want to join us, and does anyone else want any shenanigans to occur?

Edit: Primarily to Nikki and Faded. Chatted with the others, and the tentative idea is this.

Watanuki went after Ling alone when he heard the distress signal.

Lavi, Ping, Edward and Alphonse were already outside scouting for people. The distress signal comes and they all head in Lings direction.

Somewhere along the way a Kishin appears, and being the closest to partners Ping and Lavi will fend it off while Edward and Alphonse continue to go save Ling. Along the way the find Matilda. They get to Ling and Watanuki, and are joined by Lavi and Ping after they finish the Kishin.

Does that sound good to you two? If you feel anything needs to be changed, or something doesn't work out with any plans you had in mind let us know here~

Apparently you guys are too awesome for me to have stayed away any longer. So, remember that kid with the blue armor who was too friendly for his own good and asked more questions than a game show host? Yeah, he's back. And he remembers having been here before!

If you have no idea what the heck I'm talking about, my name's Luis, and I'll be bringing in Rock Volnutt of Mega Man Legends fame. To cover the basics: he wears blue armor, is a Digger, explores ruins, searches for treasure, is usually packing, and is spiritual incarnation 109428657093746974 of the original Mega Man, even if he doesn't know it.

Because Capcom can be just as complicated as Clamp when it wants to be.

This time around, he's a Weapon though. A blue metallic gauntlet-cylinder which can transform into three other weapons he's owned, four if we're including Soul Resonance. Said weapons are over HERE, if you wanna take a look-see. Oh, also? He still thinks he's a Meister, since that's what he was when he was here last time.

Hello hello! Fresh meat here.

I'm Doc, and Cyn over there is dragging me in here with Doctor Jonathan Crane from a little series of comics and movies you might recognise, called Batman. He's rockin' the pretty boy Cillian look right now, but I do take some inspiration from comicverse as well as the animated series. Officially he's Nolanverse, taken from after being busted by Batsy in The Dark Knight.

Oh yeah, and he's also got a bit of a vicious alter ego called Scarecrow. He likes to scare people. Until they're crazy. His head also looks great in burlap.

Crane here is a weapon, a hot little needle-glove brimming with his own brand of hallucinogenic fear toxin. He will most certainly be keeping this a secret for as long as he can manage, as it wouldn't be convenient for everybody to know this when he's experimenting on the general populace.

Speaking of which, yes, he'll be continuing his "work" in Death City as soon as he figures out he's still got his poison still with him. I've got a post up here for any brave souls who'll want to meet him in a dark alley once that happens.

Anyway, I'm getting to the point of tl;dr here. Nice to meet you all, I look forward to playing! And PS: Cyn smells like poo.

Just as a note, I'm bringing Naoto in from earlier in the game this time around - he will not remember you if you've met before, and he will be very confused about what's going on in the city. Not to mention requiring a bit of convincing when it comes to believing this fantasy/sci fi setting is real.

CIVILIANS IN THE LOGS WILL BE NPCed BY MODS. Well, I assume some of you would rather NPC your own, but it's more fun if the mods get to fuck you over do it, yeah?

We have a plot on the horizon!

In case you haven't noticed, the weather today is a might different than the usual heatwave. It's now a heatwave with an ungodly sandstorm!

The storm came just as suddenly as the day post says, it's harsh, dangerous, and certainly cause of alarm. As such, the civilian population has been evacuated into sound shelters in Shibusen. (The same shelters used during the raid for those who remember) However, Death City Heights and Casualty Communal have not been evacuated.

For those of you signed under the contract? Your orders are to scour the city for any remaining civilians or other technicians in need. If you haven't? Well, you're still kind of stuck, since you're not exactly civilians of the city, either. Its on your own volition what you do.

An IC post by one of the NPC's will go up shortly to ICly fill your character in on the current situation in more detail. In addition a log will also go up soon after this allowing your character to go out and search for any straggling civilians. If you would like your character to be someone in need of help, just go ahead and let us know here so some plotting can be done.

Let it also be noted that this IG day will last two weeks. In addition, heightened levels in energy present in the city during the storm will also allow weapon transformation and soul resonation to happen much easier than before, so take advantage of this!

Be careful and good luck! There might be more lurking out there than just lost civilians.

Some of you may remember this little girl from your childhood. Her name is Matilda Wormwood and she is from that wonderful children's novel Matilda by Roald Dahl. Same guy who did Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The Witches.

She is a 6 year old genius from a shitty familiar and even shittier school so she may be a little wary of adults. She is a Weapon and her form is a ribbon which gives her Meister various psychic abilities. \o/

I've been a little lax on tags recently and I'd like to apologize. It's mostly been because of lack of inspiration to write, and the distractions such as gaming and finals. But it's coming back! I got back to some of my tags yesterday but I know I still owe some to Pelt, Guil, Moony, and Yousuke-mun. I will get to those asap. Skyler here, bringing you character number two--Badou Nails from DOGS. He's a chain smoker weapon, and he's BFFs with Heine in that special "If you get murdered I'll avenge your death" kind of way.

He's also basically the polar opposite of Kanda, so now I finally have someone who won't always act like the world's biggest jackass to everyone he talks to all the time. \o/

Just don't try and come between Badou and his smokes and nobody'll get hurt. ^_^

He's from the universe of the first animated season... pulled him out sometime after the series ended and a good ways before the movie!
