I chose [info]idontagree's application to use for the Sorting Contest that ran during the last two weeks. Below are the houses and the percentage of members from that house that sorted the chosen application. The house with the highest percentage is awarded 500 house points. Happy sorting!

Ravenclaw: 55.95% (47/84)
Hufflepuff: 51.30% (59/115)
Gryffindor: 49.45% (45/91)
Slytherin: 42.85% (21/49)

The increase in sorting percentages overall is incredible everyone! Headmaster is pleased.

PLEASE TO BE READING:
Sorting Elite will be closing for our end of term festivities on August 17, 2008. No new applications will be accepted for sorting after August 15, 2008. If you wish to apply for sorting at Hogwarts Elite, you need to do so by that date. Current members of Hogwarts Elite will have until August 17, 2008 to finish sorting their quota (15 applications) in order to remain in the community for our Hogsmeade Weekend.

Hogsmeade will open at 8:00PM CT (Note the time zone! I moved.) on August 22, 2008 and close at 11:59PM CT on August 24, 2008. All new members stamped on August 17, 2008 will be able to participate in Hogsmeade. This is a weekend of contests (both standard and random) hosted by the Prefects and Head Girls of Hogwarts Elite. You have 52 hours to enter as many contests as you possibly can. Some of the contests require voting, which will go up shortly after Hogsmeade Weekend ends, and the members will all vote to choose the winning entries of the contests. This is the last mad dash towards winning the House Cup, as well as a great opportunity to get to know you house mates better.

Once again, if you wish to be sorted during Term 14, you need to submit a completed application by August 15, 2008. If you have any sorting questions, requests or wish to have your sorting application removed from the moderation queue, please leave a comment on this post. Thank you!
