The purpose of this registry is to set the different Roses families in one place, to interact through a sisterhood into the GoM community. The idea is to take the basic Petite Soeur system from MariMite and apply it to the members of the this community. Sounds like fun, huh? Some testimonials from the members.

* FOR THE MALES READING THIS: This is a girls only system, so males cannot be part of the Rose families. HOWEVER, if you feel like wanting to have something similar to this, you can start your own Hanadera sub-community for boys/men only. In this respect,

soeur_system can aid you with a basic outline to start your group, but once it's out, you will be responsible for the mantainance, activities and related topics about the Hanadera system.

soeur_system will support you, but won't be the responsible of the management for that community. ^^ Also, if you don't want to participate, you can still watch the events in this sub-community if you like. There's no restriction at all there.

Now, if you are a girl and you're interested take your time to read the following instructions before proceeding:

VERY IMPORTANT: Make your Soeur System related posts in -this- community, not in gardenofmaidens. In that way, we won't saturate the community with these messages.

* Grande Soeur:

- Will only be able to apply to begin your own Rose clan those members over 20 years old, as stated into their member's profile.
- Will choose a Rose species to identify your family. (You can pick it from this long list). Rosa Gigantea, Rosa Foetida and Rosa Chinesis are already taken by the original series, so those won't be included.
- Be responsible, you are the head of the trio.
- You won't take more than 3 members in your sisterhood.
- Make a post with the filter "[Grande Soeur] Request" with the following data:

= I, [insert your username here] wish to start my own Rose family under the name of Rosa [insert rose species here]. I will accept as my Bouton any member girl of this community who would like to follow the path of my ideals, who wants to cooperate with the gardenofmaidens LJ community and desires to have a new friend in me.

Attitude: [write something about what kind of things you can provide to your Bouton. Your quirks, your good and bad points, what can you do for your soeur, what you -are- so they can get to know you better. It doesn't matter in length, but it does in quality.]

Interests: [make a link about your user profile page here]

The right to accept or not my Petite Soeur is mine and only mine. I promise to cooperate in any way I can, protect my family and aid the other Roses if the situation is required.

* Bouton:

- Will respect the authority of the Grande Soeur in the decisions to be made concerning the community. This does -not- apply in the choose of a future Petite Soeur on her own.
- You will refer to the Grande Soeur as "Oneesama".
- Be respectful, you are in your way to learn. :)
- You can take a petite Soeur on your own after a month of the Rosary ceremony with your Grande Soeur.
- In case you are looking for a Petite Soeur, make a post with the filter "[Bouton] Request" with the following data:

= I, [insert your username here] wish to take care of a Petite Soeur under my wing and will accept as my Petite Soeur any member girl of this community who would like to follow the path of Rosa [insert your oneesama's species here] ideals, who wants to cooperate with the gardenofmaidens LJ community and desires to have a new friend in me.

Attitude: [write something about what kind of things you can provide to your soeur. Your quirks, your good and bad points, what can you do for your oneesama, what you -are- so they can get to know you better. It doesn't matter in length, but it does in quality.]

* Petite Soeur:

- You are the last of the trio, and the one closing the group. You will respect the authority of the Grande Soeur and the Bouton in the decisions to be made concerning the community. This does -not- apply in the choose of a future Petite Soeur on your own, if the Grande Soeur decides to retire.
- You will refer to the Bouton as "Oneesama".
- Keep an eye open on what the Bouton does. She's now your guide. ^^
- You can take a petite Soeur ONLY if the Grande Soeur decides to retire and leave the position to her Bouton.
- In case you are looking for an Oneesama, make a post with the filter "[Petite Soeur] Request" with the following data:

= I, [insert your username here] wish to be taken as Petite Soeur by any Bouton or Grande Soeur girl of this community who would like aid me in the Community as my Oneesama. Who'd like to have the patience to teach me, help me, and get to know me as a future friend.

**** Once the post is made, you can contact any of the members who made a request, even if you already posted a request too.
**** When your family is finally formed by at least two members (Grand Soeur and Bouton), mail me (musamusa at gmail dot com) to let me add you to the families list at the top of this page.
