sinfuldeception sent me a link a few days ago to something she wanted to do with a friend but she didn't know who would do it. Me being me, couldn't refuse what with my muse starting to go off the charts. So we planned an icon battle and both chose 15 caps from Doctor Who. [110] Pilot Icons

I don't completely know how I ended up with 110 icons considering I was only going to make 25 icons but I couldn't just pick 25 pictures to make icons from. And I actually wound up making all of them in one day so... it was a bit of a shock to say the least. Also I'd made some icons solely from the pilot before so I didn't want to use the same images twice (they can be found here). I didn't add text to these because I was afraid of ruining them but if you'd like me to add text to any of them, let me know. Finally, please comment even if you're not taking, give me some criticism, suggestions, etc. Thank you and I hope you like this batch!

I am finally back from hiatus. It took awhile but I'm back and my first icon batch in a long while will be posted within the next fifteen minutes.

A friend of mine, Tams (tams_icons), started doing a challenge awhile ago in which she was going to make 25 icons per episode of a tv show of her choice. Back then I wanted to do it too but I was in an icon rut and now I'm pleased to announce that I am going to be doing it so, that is what my first icon batch since my hiatus will be dedicated to :)

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile, I do have loads of icons to post but I've just been a little lazy when it comes to actually posting them for some reason. There should be some soon.

Anyway, the reason I'm posting this is that I'm a member of a One Tree Hill RP called ourtreehill. It follows the plots as the episodes air, however you can go off course as long as major plotlines are kept intact, such as the death of Keith Scott. The taken characters thus far are Lucas Scott, Nathan Scott, Haley James Scott, Dan Scott, Peyton Sawyer, and Rachel Gatina. Available characters include, but are not limited to, Deb Scott, Karen Roe, Coach Whitey Durham, Marvin aka Mouth McFadden, Skills, Bevin Prince and Chris Keller. Okay so I'd gotten my laptop back and it was fine, managed to make about ten icons on it after realizing, or really hoping, that everything was okay. But the same thing happened again tonight so I'm back to my old computer with the monitor that makes me wonder if the coloring is right or not. But I'm still making icons! So hopefully I'll have a post ready for tonight.

In other news, lately I've noticed that my icon making has gone from creative to finding a safe spot and sticking to that safe spot where I'd just play around with the coloring. So starting today I'm going to be trying a lot of different techniques and crops and use some textures and brushes as well as text. So those will be in my next batch as well :)

Also I'm thinking about making a new layout for this community. Any suggestions?

All right everyone, my laptop still has not been fixed but I'm coming off of hiatus anyway. I have commandeered my old computer that is probably about seven years old and am now making icons and other graphics on it. Hopefully the computers won't be too off. Caps will still be on hold except for the ones that I had capped and renamed before my laptop stopped working. So expect icons and other graphics to be posted in the coming days :)
