Welcome to the Smutastic Awards! Lovers of smutty Harry Potter fan fiction of all ships are welcome! We invite anyone over the age of 18 (you must have an age statement in your profile) to become a member. Please refer to LiveJournal's FAQ for details pertaining to this rule.

Note: Rules are subject to change as needed. We will NOT make a change without announcing it on the community and highlighting the changes in a different font color.

ROUND THREE

NOMINATING RULES:

1. Only members of this community may nominate a story.

2. Stories can be nominated in up to three categories.

3. You cannot nominate yourself.

4. An author can only be nominated for ONE STORY in each category. If an author has two stories nominated for the same category the author will be contacted for his or her preference.

5. You may nominate as many stories per category as you wish.

6. Categories with less than 3 nominations will not run in the current round.

TO NOMINATE A STORY:

You can nominate a story by:

1. Leaving a comment at the NOMINATION POST. All comments will be screened.

- OR -

2. Emailing smutasticawards@yahoo.com. Emailed nominations must include an age statement that reads, "I am over the age of 18."

3. Please use the above form for each nomination. DO NOT COMBINE NOMINATIONS INTO ONE FORM.

SECONDING:

1. Only members of this community may second a nomination.

2. A story cannot be seconded by the same member who nominated it.

3. You cannot second yourself.

4. If a story is not seconded, it will not make it to the final voting round.

5. Only the top five stories with the most seconds will make it to the final voting round.

VOTING RULES:

1. Only members of this community may vote for a story.

2. Anonymous votes will NOT be accepted.

3. You may vote only once per category.

4. You do not have to vote for all the categories at once.

5. Please do not attempt to vote for the same categories more than once.

6. You MAY vote for yourself in the final round.
