Welcome one and all to Yet Another Sailor Moon Icontest! We hope to have lots of fun in this community as well as flex our iconning skills, so get cracking!

Rules
1. Sailor Moon or Codename wa Sailor V manga, anime, and PGSM are acceptable. Fanart, doujinshi and cosplay are not.
2. Two icons per username unless otherwise noted.
3. No larger than 100x100 and 40KB.
4. No advertising.
5. No stealing.
6. No drama.

Friday - Sunday: Voting
Sunday - Monday: New Theme

Voting
1. Vote for three icons that you feel are the best overall.
2. Vote for one icon in the special category (Best Coloring, Best Caption, etc.)

Week 173 Voting

Only 8 icons this time, which is actually more than I expected. But they're all gorgeous. ^_^
