This ad is for a school uniform inspired by the middle school uniforms in the Sailor Moon anime. This particular uniform was used for Usagi Tsukino. Uniform was only worn to two conventions for a few hours (less than four) each. It looks basically brand new, in great condition. This sale includes the shirt, sailor collar, front bow, skirt, and back bow. Price is $60. Read on for more information.

Hey! I know there are a lot of people who have costumes from Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. I know, because there's this awesome website called SMA that catalogues these things. XD
So! Six new cosplayers on Super Sailor Mercury, Small Lady, Neo Queen Serenity, Neo King Endymion, Super Sailor Moon, and Eternal Sailor Pluto.
For those of you wondering why your latest costumes/photos were not added on this update, be patient with me! I'm kind of working in reverse chronological order so as not to miss anything in my inbox. I promise all of your submissions will make it onto the site before too long.
Lastly: the layout for this journal is now out of date, seeing as how it was originally designed to match the sky blue design of the old version of the site. I tried to change it myself, but...LJ isn't listening to me (translation: I clearly don't know what I'm doing.) Any takers? Nothing fancy, since this isn't a paid account, I just want something that matches the sunny and warm colors of the new layout, you know? |

Hello, everyone!
You are receiving this e-mail because you have, at some point, contributed pictures of yourself in costume to my Sailor Moon cosplay site, Sailor Moon Avatars. This e-mail is just an invitation for you all to come check out the brand new layout that has been put in place--the first new look for SMA since its launch in 2001! The new pages should be more aesthetically pleasing, easier to navigate, and quickly loading pages.

While you're there, why not check out your own new individual pages to make sure everything is working correctly? I tried the best I could to make sure the transition would be made smoothly, but you know how it is--bobbles do happen. And while you're at it, why not check on some of the less-technical aspects of your profile? Has your e-mail changed? Maybe your website link? Have you fulfilled one of your old dreams, or refocused on a new one? At the very least, some of these ages must be out of date--in some cases, seven years out of date!
Now is a perfect time, too, to get some of your other Sailor Moon cosplaying buddies onto the site. The site has 450 models, and is still growing strong!
Lastly, I'd like to thank each and every one of you for making the site what it is today. Some of you were among the very first models on my site, some of you submitted your pictures only this year. Some of you I have only spoken to in our SMA related e-mails, some of you I've gotten close to in real life. But all of you are essential to the make up of the website, and I'm just so very thankful. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Hey Gang,
So, I've got the redesigned pages done for all of the Sailor Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, and half of Chibimoon cosplayers done--this week hasn't been as productive as I would've liked.
Here's an idea I was kicking around, though--I'm doing my best to do this as methodically as possible, of course, both to keep my own sanity and keep from being overwhelmed, and to make sure I make as few mistakes as possible. But the law of averages and common sense forces me to admit I'm probably going to miss things here and there.
With that in mind, if I asked for volunteer testers to look at the pages before they technically went live, would anybody be interested? I couldn't offer you anything beyond getting to have the thrill of a sneak preview, and the chance to have anything on your pages changed before anyone else can see them, but it would be a LOT of help to me. It's a massive job so I wouldn't expect one tester to do everything--for each person that signed up I'd let them choose a page that's already done, and then only give them another one when they were done, etc. etc.
Just gathering opinions at this point--I can do this all by myself if necessary, there's just apt to be more mistakes that way. |

Hey everyone,
So, I've decided to put adding new people, new costumes, and new photos to SMA on hold, while I concentrate all of my efforts on getting the new version of the site ready to go live. I've replaced the index page with an announcement here:

But as you can see, the entire site is still there behind it.
Does the announcement sound okay? I didn't want to sound too high-falutin' and all, but I think I came across a little short and blunt.
Other than that...please cheer me on. ::weak smile:: This redesign is an awful lot of work, and I'm finding it difficult to just finish off already... |
