DISCLAIMER: Every piece of writing you'll find in this community is FICTION, which means that nothing is true, those pieces of writing never did happen and never will happen. They are not reflective of anything real (apart from a few rather well documented facts that one can find on the WWW). We are not implying anything about the people we write about, but rather we merely are having fun in our own, perverted and twisted way. Again, nothing is real nothing ever happened.

A little bit of history:

Once upon a time, there were nine of us, exiled from ff.net hell. But luckily, #2 & 3 had a brilliant idea, they decided to create a community where we could all keep sharing the Slipknot Slash love. That’s where #1 & 7 came in, because they had the code to start this community on LJ. The other seven came in and

slashknot was born.

Rules of the community :

1- Nothing that is not Slipknot slash. If it isn't slash, it shouldn't be here (this includes ads for fansites or other communities, as well as pictures that are not slashy).

2- No intro posts. This community is for posting slashy fics, not explaining who you are, why you're here, or giving shout-outs.

3- Please, even if you don't have a beta-reader, at least check spelling and grammar before you post.

4- If you post slashy pics, put them behind an LJ-cut.

5- Joining rule: Due to LJ's policy - check here - the community is on moderated membership to make sure that new members are indeed over 18. LJ requests that we do not let underage have access to adult material. Thanks for your understanding.
If you weren't accepted upon request, check that you have a year of birth listed in your user info, or contact zort.

6- The community is friend's only because it makes those who post their stories feel safer. Nevertheless, it is still possible to read provided you have a LiveJournal and you join the community.

Suggested fic’s header: If you post something unusual, please put a label or an author's note explaining what sort of story you are posting (e.g. Alternate Universe, Crack, Parody, etc...)

Rating- G / PG-13 / R / NC-17, depending on level of violence, language and smut.
Warning- if you think there’s anything that could squick your readers.
Summary- a brief outline, if you feel like it.
A/N- anything else you wish to share.
