The kingdom of Ximerion is under threat of an attack on both its southern and northern border. The danger coming from the north is far less serious and the high king sends his youngest sons to the Northern Marches, under the guidance of an old and trusted friend, both to handle the situation and to safeguard them from the far more serious situation in the south. Almost immediately strife breaks out between the half brothers, although they also feel attracted to each other... Like the author states in the summary it is a long and brooding tale. It requires some investment of the reader, especially in the beginning. | |

| Hey guys! Hm, I'm not sure how to ask this, but could you please recommend some really looooong slash fics that will keep me busy reading? I'm not averse to any type of genre, either XD I'll take anything! Oh, and any fandom (except Star Trek--just b/c I haven't watched it yet, and don't want spoilers ^_^) is fine, too! Apparently I already rec'd that one, so have this one instead: Survivor: Gabon RPS: (Note: I have not watched Survivor, and I don’t know these people, so I read it as original fic, and I loved it!) Ponderosa Showmance by mosca (Marcus/Charlie; NC17) Charlie does not stop flirting. It seems like his strategy is to get Marcus drunk and taunt him with gay sex offers. For four and a half beers, Marcus has the strength to turn him down. But at the bottom of the fifth beer lie grandiose and terrible ideas. | |

So I just read started reading this WIP right..... and well..... it’s fucking epic. So I'm going to share it with you all. Remember that it’s still a WIP at the moment and that the authoress is taking her time updating. Anyway there are some warnings, Slash (of course), AU, Non-magic. The paring is Edward/Harry, Lilly/Severus, Carlisle/Esme, Rosalie/Emmet, Alice/Jasper, Remus/Sirius. There are some HP characters thrown in there such as Neville, Cedric, Ronald, Hermione, Ginny, Chang and some others such as teachers (McGonagall, Dumbledore, Slughorne (I think?)). The storyline is pretty much the same as the original Twilight with some expertly added twists here and there (I won’t tell you I’ll let you find out for yourself XD). The story is extraordinarily well written and the language the Authoress to describe the emotions and general activity (daily life) of the characters makes me compelled to continue reading, this and the plot. It is my recommendation that those who love a well written story, love slash parings, Harry Potter and Twilight should read this fiction and perhaps if you like it, pass the word on to others.
