Help! I need somebody. Not just anybody.
Hello all! It's been great getting so much feedback from everyone and really exciting to meet new people and discuss things. I'm so thrilled that our little chats have been inspiring such thought-provoking comments and rants.

Of course, now is where I pest you all for help. (See what I did there? Butter you up and then beg for assistance. Textbook influencing others gambit.)

What I need are possible panel guests for our meta chats. Of course, there are some restrictions as to who can do this, sadly, which is why I had to come to you. Plus I really wanted a wider variety of opinions and well, try as I might, I just don't know everyone.

So, what you would need to do this is
1) A headset - mic and ear phones
2) A high-speed connection
3) Skype (which is free to download)
4) A flexible schedule and reliability
5) Opinions and a willingness to express them

The whole process takes about 30 minutes to an hour and then we edit it down a bit.

The next few topics are:
What Pairing Defines Me as a Person: Pairing Polarization and Why it Happens (This is recording tomorrow at 10pm CST I could use one more fandommer for this discussion, preferably someone into intergen)

The OOC: What does Out of Character mean to a slasher, and how far is too far when your canon isn't homosexual?

Fic Warnings: Helpful guides or spoilers?

The Choice of a New Generation: Are slashers generally older, or is that just a myth? (perhaps with some discussion about slash in Japan where it's marketed to younger girls-- so I could use someone who is also into anime)

Of course, if you have fresh ideas for meta discussion, I'd love to hear those as well.

The responses will be screened because um... I don't remember why now, but it was a really good reason. But since only I will be seeing the responses, feel free to cut loose ;)
