The bands on the Converse/Red Bull* Tour live for those feelings, and those feelings alone. They're strict believers in the sex, drugs, and rock 'n roll outlook on life, eating, breathing, sleeping music, just to get up in the mornings and play it. They're used to living on little to no food, little to no sleep, crammed in a van or bus with their best friends. In the end, it's worth it. In the end, it's worth it to see the screaming fans who waited outside in the heat all day just to see them, just to scream along to their lyrics for forty five minutes, tops.

The blood, sweat, tears, screams, flesh, and bone of everyone involved on this tour goes into making music.

And they aren't about to stop there.

Westford Preparatory School, located on the outskirts of Lakemont, Pennsylvania, was founded in 1921 by Dr. Charles Westford. It was a boarding school for all boys originally, and it opened its doors to girls in 1992. It, to this day, remains a school focusing on the arts: Acting, Music, Writing, Painting, Sculpting, Drawing and Fashion Design, Cosmetology, Photography. Offering classes on the high school and college level, students can remain with the school for up to eight years of learning.

This AU RP is welcoming of any type of pairing, any sort of famous characters and in certain cases, original characters.

Long ago, when humans were first learning good and evil and the balance between them, there was a bet of sorts put between the Devil and God. Satan, confident in man's weakness and inability to stray from corruption bet God that he would by the Apocalypse, would have more people in Hell than God had in Heaven. God agreed to this bet. The Devil, knowing he might lose cheated and sent to Earth seven spirits, demons of sorts to corrupt humans: Lust, Envy, Wrath, Sloth, Gluttony, Greed and Vanity. God, in order to counteract these sent seven spirits of his own, quasi-angels if you will. Chastity, Gratitude, Mercy Zeal, Temperance, Charity, and Humility. The Seven Sins and Virtues have been around forever. They manifest in ordinary humans somewhere around their teenage years and until the day they die it is their mission to corrupt or protect humans. They're old souls that get reincarnated again and again.

As a result of the constant cycle of death and rebirth, it is rare that all fourteen members are alive, grown and fighting at once.In fact only three times has this occurred. The first was the moment of their creation upon Earth. The second wasn't until the mid eighteenth century. Somewhere around the breakout of the Revolution in France, all fourteen Sins and Virtues found themselves in Europe. Unfortunately, because the Sins and Virtues alike inhabit human bodies, they take on human traits and with all the chaos around them, many of them failed in their missions, too wrapped up with the humans battling around them.

God, fed up with the Sins and Virtues interference in the human wars brought them all back, bringing His own quasi-angels up with Him for retraining, banishing the Sins to Hell. And for the next two hundred plus years there they all stayed. Now, in the twenty first century, the Sins and Virtues are back, for the third time in History all fourteen are present and ready to fight. But now the Virtues, after centuries of training are stronger and more determined and the Sins, after centuries of Hellish dwelling are bitter and angry and far more motivated to fight ...

The Saint James theatre in London is one of the hotspots in town. Operas, musicals, or concerts for the young and tragically hip; The Saint James, 'the Jimmy' for short, is the place to be.

The theatre had always been known for its operas and musicals for the middle aged, aristocratic part of London’s population. The annual grand ball had been the event of the year for them to get together, sip champagne and talk business while smoking cigars.

It was during the grand ball of 1998 that a true tragedy occured; part of the basement collapsed because of a faulty construction, killing a young man and woman. Some say it was a trap set out for the owner’s son and his forbidden girlfriend, who met secretly in the basement. The truth was never revealed…

January 4th, 2007, Donald Way, the owner of the Saint James theatre passed away after a long fight against cancer. His will reveals that he leaves the theatre to his oldest son, Michael Way. 31 year old Mikey doesn’t waste any time and immediately gets to work with his brother Gerard’s help. It’s September 2007 when the Saint James theatre is turned into ‘The Jimmy’, not only for operas and musicals, but also concerts and art exhibits.

The amazing location and breathtaking rooms of ‘The Jimmy’ aren’t the only reason people come to visit the building. Old employees of both Donald and Mikey have claimed that they have seen ‘something’. Full body appearances, lights that suddenly switch on and off, footsteps and voices while they were all alone in an empty room. Could it be Donald Way’s son, who suddenly disappeared after the tragedy of 1998?

Remember one thing. You never know if the person you’re talking to is really there.

Located in the outskirts of Portland, Maine; The Arts Academy is a place for boys and girls of the high school age [13-18] to come and perfect their art. Be it dance, photography, instrumental, painting, acting or something else, this school offers everyone the chance to exceed in their talent. Students are housed on campus, in one of two dorms, depending on gender. Academics are also offered in: Maths, English, Science, Foreign Language, History, depending on grade level. Also, many of our graduates go on to attend the college of art that is located near-by.

saint sebastian's -- a literary rpg

The Saint Sebastian Academy for the Gifted is an all-boys, West Coast private school, well-known for academic excellence and its challenging acceptance standards. The school accepts full-time boarders as well as day boys and has an unquestioned status as one of the best private schools in the country.

But that's all on the outside.

Though they remain blissfully unaware of the fact, all of the boys attending the school are reincarnations of long-dead literary greats, as are most members of the faculty. And with all that creative energy buzzing around town, things are bound to get a little interesting.

Long-dead literary greats are fun in their own right, but the story just gets even better when places, people, and events directly from the literary canon of those long-dead authors start showing up in their present-day surroundings. Most of the time, these boys are focusing on school and the ups and downs of relationships with others in the town, but sometimes it gets a bit hard to ignore the madwoman from the attic, the rabbit with the pocket-watch, or the devil on your tail. It's the long-running plot of the game that you, the player, are able to involve your character in as much or as little as you please.

We are currently looking for talented writers and actively seeking new characters for this recently opened game. We offer a game of high-quality play and interesting characters, with an emphasis on atmosphere and interesting interaction-- and of course quite a bit of fun added in there as well. WELCOME TO PALACE PARK MOBILE VILLAGE: A REAL NICE PLACE TO LIVE

TRAILER PARK ENFORCED RULES

* Please note these are not game rules you can Role Play any of them and it's depends on your storyline if you want your character(s) to get caught *

Management reserves the right to add to remove or change any of these rules at any time. Non-compliance with any of these rules may cause immediate eviction and expulsion from the trailer park:

No disturbing other residents, meaning do not make a pest or general ass out of yourself.

Drunkeness will not be tolerated. No drinking outside your home, please do not wander around the park drunk.

Pets should remain in your home and not run around the park unattended. Please walk your dogs on leashes.

Do not let children run around unattended, we the management reguard them the same as we do pets.

No fighting of any kind, this means no punchin' and no hollerin' either. Doesn't matter what time of the day it is.

The pool hours are 10am - 10pm. Do not get in it, do not even go near it after hours. No lifeguard is present so if you stupid don't swim. The manager may see you drowning but that doesn't mean he is going to get wet and save your ass.

Please dispose of your trash in the dumpster, do not litter. We would like to keep this place looking beautiful like we all know it is. Empty beer bottles should not be discarded on your front lawn or anyone else's. Your lawn or anyone else's is not an ashtray. Please when you purchase new previously owned furniture do not put your old furniture out as a lawn decoration. Last but not least, we know they are fancy but no hanging beer can wind chimes from the exterior of your home.

No cars up on blocks. No using your front yard to do maintenance on any vehicles

This rule is disturbing but it must be said. While outside of your trailer you must be clothed. Please close the curtains or blinds before walking around in the nude or having sex near a window. Please also do not have sex outside of your home, this includes the pool.

Remember no one owns the trailer they reside in, they are rental properties. We won't sell to you so don't ask.

Following these simple rules should make your life here in Palace Mobile Home Village more enjoyable for yourself and everyone living here.

Characters may be anyone including but not limited to band members, band managers, actors, actresses models... etc. Original characters are welcomed as long as you have pictures of what they look like. Theres is no limit on the amount of characters you have as long as you are active. Please don't let it get out of hand. Please comment Appropriate Post to put a character on hold. Holds will last 3 DAYS if you need longer for any reason please let us know.

This is a LiveJournal RP, so please make a LJ only for your character. The livejournal should have something to do with your character. Roleplays take place on AIM please make an AIM screen name for your character. Please make sure that your AIM has something to do with your character. If you have more than one character please make a separate screen name and journal for each character.

Please also note your characters live journal with an appropriate disclaimer to let people know that it is for Role Playing purposes only and you are not the character you are portraying. No God moding. This is NEVER acceptable. Only play and control your own character and let everyone else play there own. If you really have to control another character then make a second character

No death of a character permitted. If you need or want to quit playing a character be nice and make them move away so someone else can pick up the character later. We do not require a new member picking up a previously played character to keep the storylines unless they would like to. Please let a mod know that you are leaving so we can open that character up to someone else

Male pregnancy is allowed. No MOD approval is needed due to the nature of the setting. Many different kinds of relationships are allowed, just like in real life. Marriage and Divorce is allowed without the concent of a mod. Polyamorous relationships are allowed and incest is allowed if that truly makes you happy. Pretty much anything goes in less it causes too much of a controversy.

Please update your character journals at least once every two weeks. If you go more then 2 weeks without posting we will be forced to pull you character. Although we understand things happen, we would like to keep an active community. After you have been removed twice from the community you are not allowed back in.

Please let a moderator know if you will be gone for a long period of time. We will set your character to a haitus

Role playing in any form is allowed, third person most commonly used.

Please be literate and do not use net speak (EX: Instead of 2 spell out too or instead of U spell out You) do not use lol or smiley's ect. when your character is in person with another person. When your character is talking on AIM with another character this is acceptable however.

Please somehow separate actions from dialogue (EX: I walk over to you and smile "Hello" ) if you need help please let someone know

Please somehow separate your OOC conversations from your IC conversations. Using something such as (( )) or {{ }} or // or ++ in front of to signify this is not happening between your characters will really help and avoid confusion.
