Ever craved a piece of fiction? Something good - no, something great - that you knew for a fact would be just that? Cut out the trials of hunting, then reading, then finding endless piles of crap, and come to

slash_rec, where people do all the hard work for you.

How about you - yeah, you! - have you ever read something amazing? Something so great that you want to scream of its brilliance from the rooftops? Your victory at finding a diamond among the crap needn't be short lived, for here you can post, post and allow the writer of such art to wallow in the glory they truly deserve!

slash_rec is the home of fanfiction recommendations all over. You can recommend one fic or a whole list, Harry Potter or Avenged Sevenfold. As long as it's slash, and as long as you love it, it has a place here. Hell, even if you don't have anything to suggest, you can ask for whatever tickles your fancy! Want some band christmas fic? Go ask. Maybe your fetish is kinky Doctor Who? Ask nicely and someone will most likely feed your addiction.

Posts are moderated to provide optimum quality, though as soon as enough members are gained of trustworthy nature, this will probably be unnecessary. Hopefully, at least. Try not to destroy my naive wishes?

2: Please be respectful to members, their posts, their comments, and above all, the fiction. In other words - no flaming.

4: If you have a comment on the fic itself, please leave it at the home of the story, rather than the rec post - everyone loves to hear what people think of their work, don't deny them that right.

5: You can link to other rec lists if you so desire.

6: Anything especially long should be put behind a cut, and reviews containing inappropriate material (extreme descriptions / exerpts ) should also be kept out of the way of young eyes.

7: Claim anything you haven't written as your own and you're auto-out.

8: Both chaptered fics and WIP (Work In Progress) tales are allowed.
