First of all, I’d like to apologize to anyone who has asked for a claim or tried to get in touch with me in any way over the past many, many, many months. I’ve had a lot going on in my life over the past couple of years and have been unable to give this community the attention that it deserved. Because of that I had someone who offered to give me a hand and take over the day to day running of the community until I was ready, willing and able to once again do it myself. Unfortunately, that same person withdrew their offer to help me out…but didn’t find it necessary to let me know that they wouldn’t be assisting me. For that reason, this community has gone completely unmaintained for quite some time.
The good news (if you care to see it that way) is that I’m once again finally able to dedicate some of my time to maintaining the community. So, starting Monday, September 22, 2008, I’ll once again be making daily visits to the community. I’ll also be updating my claims list and the list of links.
At this time (meaning right now, not on Monday), I would like to pass on the news that anyone who has asked for a claim, at any point, and has not received a response is free to go ahead and consider their claim accepted. Should you still have the desire to want to write the stories, you may go ahead and start posting at any time.
Again, I apologize for such a lapse in the maintenance of this community and I truly hope that this will be the last time I disappear from this site.
