Man, without his glasses he looks like the young Mitsui. I'm only using part of that for my comic, but I might just ink the entire thing and use it as a illo.

For a person who is not emo and can't stand emo with a passion, I sure draw a lot of angsty boys. XD

I finally got what I want to do for one of my illustrations ^o^ A little sneak preview of what I have, I'll be screentoning this for the final version, so youse out there who wants to see the full image, well, better pre-order now, non? Yeah!

Or maybe just some text sketches, who knows... drew it using a blue lead pencil, so I had to darken the work so that youse can see it...

At first, I was thinking of going for something like this:


But I cancelled this idea when I realised that this one looks just like the cover for the book 31... most probably, my mind reminded me of that cover and had me draw this, so unfinished, I decided to draw something else that less crowded.


I might go for this one... I kinda like the whole idea of drawing a simple, relaxing illustration... BUT, on the other hand, I think Sakuragi's too dominating in the pic, kinda kills the mood (or any attempt to a decent background) so I might just change my mind... there's about a month left, plenty of time to think of stuff...

Just thought I'd show that I am doing something about this doujinshi...

Ok, dudes, since I have zero knowledge of Japanese culture and stuff and the story is taking place in Japan, I got a question or two for you guys. How do people address each other in school (teacher to student, senior to junior, among classmates, vice versa, etc etc)? I'm sure I can look this stuff up, but I'm too lazy and kinda pressed for time. Do they usually use the last name only unless they're actually friends? Another question is do they have valedictorians?

Quick survey. Who is your favorite character from Slam Dunk and why? I know Kim and I have the same taste (like Kogure and followed by Hanamichi), and Jules and Aimo like Mitsui. What about the rest of you guys?
