AboutWelcome to this OOC community dedicated to SLA Industries, the futuristic urban horror role-play game published by Nightfall games. Wither your SCL 11 or SCL 2F all are welcome to join in and throw around their two Unis worth. We might even have (brief) space for the odd Soft-Co operative.
This is a forum for players of the SLA Industries to talk about the game in all its glory, swap ideas and concepts for game setting, rules, and BPN's, tell exaggerated and fantastic stories from their games, speculate wildly as to when the next supplement will be coming out, moan bitterly about having to do yet another blue BPN, post links to pages or email lists of direct interest to SLA Industries, crack terrible in-jokes, talk about any media (films, books, music) that remind us of dear old Mort, and to generally gorge themselves on the wonderful World of Progress and all that Mr Slayer provides for us all.
Whilst this is an OOC forum IC posts in the form of journal entries from games or similar are welcome as long as they are clearly labled [IC] in the subject line. Fan fiction or art is also most greatfully recived as are any links to useful Sla Resources or eddresses for Sla lists.
Conventions
Any large text entries or entries containing images are to be behind an LJ cut. It takes a couple of extra keystrokes and makes people a lot happier.
No whole parts of any published SLA Industries books, ie more than one paragraph/rules table, are to be posted. If you want to quote a large chunk of the books just include the page references, it saves space and isn’t needed.
Try and keep disagreements civil. A heated debate is one thing; all out flaming is another and will be allowed. Also Assumed the Dept of Racial Equality rules apply here on all matters.
Please Note
Posting of any elements of The Truth [defined as: any sections of the Sla Industries Writers Guide, or elements found within, not officially published/released by Nightfall games] are considered D-Notice and should not be posted to the list. Many people don’t know it and many people don’t want to know it, don’t spoil other people’s enjoyment of the game. Doing such will get you banned from the forum, your post deleted, and earn you about 10,000 points of bad karma.
