Round 4, Challenge 1
Welcome to our first LIMS challenge for Round 4.

Requirements:
* use only the image provided
* brushes, textures, b&w, text ok.
* for this challenge you must use only one color or, black and white.  Monochrome.  Examples are here.
* no animation
* lj standards must be observed (100x100; 40 kb or less; .gif, .png or .jpg formats only)
* due date TBA
* only one icon may be submitted per user
* you may not skip in the first challenge

Note:  I've tried the make the first challenge just that, a challenge.  This is where you lay down the gauntlet and show everyone what you got under your grafx software link!  ;)

Sofia Loren:  (September 20, 1934) is an Academy Award winning Italian film actress. She is widely considered to be the most popular Italian actress of her time. She is also famous for having once been a major sex symbol. Loren was born Sofia Villani Scicolone at the Clinica Regina Margherita in Rome on September 20, 1934 to Riccardo Scicolone and Romilda Villani. Riccardo refused to marry Romilda, leaving her, a piano teacher and aspiring actress, without support. Romilda, Sofia and sister Maria returned to Pozzuoli, near Naples, to live with Loren's grandmother in order to survive. She would eventually change her name to Sophia Loren. More here.
