1. Obvious rule number one; no godmodding please! It's a rule in every RP you've probably seen, but it's especially helpful to be reminded of such in crack!RPs. If you don't know what godmodding means, it's basically this:
- basically means this; making your character a god. It's that simple. Making them perform impossible feats, randomly killing other players. The meaning is really in the name kids. If you want a better and more in-depth description, go here. That there is an excellent description of it. :)
2. Please use proper spelling and grammar. We can't stress this enough. One or two mistakes on accident are bound to happen, but typing like a 2 year old is indefinitely prohibited. No net speak unless it's in-character. Always try and spell correctly; word processing programs work wonders (not only that but Firefox has automatic spell check and livejournal also has it).
3. Try and be active please. We know sometimes life can throw things at you, especially come exam time people can get pretty busy. But when you're not off doing that, try and update at least once every two weeks. That's all we ask; that's all most RPs ask. If you need to take some time off, feel free to post hiatus in the OOC community. And if your hiatus will be a week or more please post
here so we all know and can keep track, especially if it falls during an activity check.
4. Stay in-character. Please keep all your OOC actions exactly that --
OOC. Don't bring your drama in here, because none of us really need that, and to be frank, none of us really care. You can post stuff like that in your personal journal, okay?
5. Even in-character drama has its limits. It's nice every now and then, for a little angst amongst the fluff happy, but not every day. I know there are some characters that always argue and whatnot; like Luke and Asch from Tales of the Abyss, or Squall and Seifer from Final Fantasy VIII but puh-lease limit it. Don't go saying so-and-so character died every other day.
6. This community is very het/yaoi/yuri friendly. If you have a problem with any of that, don't apply.
If you have something R-rated, be sure to friend-lock it and put it under a LJ cut.7. Try to stay in character as much as possible. Sometimes events and drugs will make your character go a bit out of whack, but don't make a normally emo character all happy-go-lucky.

six. Certain circumstances can warrant above but is based on a case by case basis and ALL MOD approval. Should there be any questions more details can be found

9. OC's aren't allowed for the time being, maybe later on they will be.
10. This is a very lax game, but if you're wanting to change certain things about your character (i.e.: genderbending, age change, etc) these REQUIRE mod approval. Otherwise, stick to your canon app.
11. And the most important rule is: Have Fun! RP's aren't for drama llama-- they're here for fun! If the fun is being taken away, feel free to drop or go on hiatus.
