AboutIn Shreveport/Bossier City alone, there are around 200+ Lj users who post on a regular basis. As different as we all may be, we all hold one thing in common...somehow, either now or in a past life, we reeeeealllly pissed someone off and had the misfortune to be born/moved/relocated/stationed here in what has been commonly referred to as the Armpit of the South, aka the "Ark-La-Tex".
BUT!!!!!....with so many different types of people living in the same mundane area...we each must know of one cool thing (shit, maybe even two!) around here to do or see. Y'know...an underbelly of interesting people or places that are more or less hidden from the general public...maybe a place, as rare as it may be, without a row of slot machines or a crawfish bar at every turn!
So, if you're interested, go ahead and join this community. It's for people who live/have lived/are planning to (god why?)live around here, but is open to really anyone who wants to join. It's free, you've got nothing to lose, and shit, you may find something cool to do or meet an interesting person that you normally would not have.
