Welcome to Shitass Layouts. Only the worst of the worst are allowed here. It's simple: show us your layout, we'll rate it on a scale of 1-10. If you get a score of 2.5 or less, you're in. Let me state (and restate) this is a real ratings community. Do not turn us into your little shit bitch. KTHX.

Basic Rules
- Your first post must be your application. We don't care what the fuck you say on your application, just... yeah.
- Don't post outside the application or I will ban you and force your parents to divorce.
- We can all be bitches, and feel free to be a bitch back. No one cares. Well, if you piss off a mod enough, you might get banned, because, once again, we don't care. We don't care!
- If you have a real layout, get the fuck out. This isn't a joke. We're looking for bad layouts.
- Somewhere in your subject, put something about how great your layout is. Use the word "fantastic." The rest is up to you and your creativity.
- To be accepted, you must have 75% passing grades after 24 hours. Yes, 24 hours. Shut the fuck up.

Rating Rules
- Yes, this is a real ratings community. Be realistic and use proper rating techniques!
- Grade in the subject of your comments, please.
- Be a bitch, just expect to get bitchy comments back. We allow bitchiness to an extent. A very, very deep extent.

Rating Guidelines
- Graphics: Are they terrible? Do the colors clash? Are there graphics at all? Are the images broken? What about the compression / imagetype?
- Colors: Does the colorscheme as a whole render the journal illegible? Are there more than five major colors?
- Components: Is there navigation? What do the comment links say? Is the grammar and/or spelling disgusting?
- Miscellany: Do the link hovers make the page jump around? Blinkies?
- Originality: Is it Generator?
- Remember, these are only guidlines; use your own sense of (non-)style and (non-)judgement!
