duplicate, set to multiply once, at 50% (% depends on brightness/darkness of picture) duplicate base, drag to top, set to screen 100% duplicate base, drag to top set to soft light 75% merge visible new layer, fill with #060C38, set to exclusion duplicate base drag to top set to lighten take gradient, set to exclusion:
duplicate base, drag to top set to soft light 100% duplicate base again, drag to top, set to screen at 35% duplicate base again, drag to top set to soft light 100% blur the top soft light layer. i did gaussian blur at 2.0 new layer fill with #2A77C6 , set to screen at 35% i added a box in #2DAFBA, added some tiny text and the word 'sweet' in Luna font, and you're done!
To get the second icon effect, I just added some red gradient at Screen at 75% Here's the gradient:
