Hi everyone,

Would anyone have time to beta a fic? About 2,600 words, gen, Shep POV.  Includes whump and angst and is a bit dark, but not super dark. (No deaths or torture or anything.) Takes place immediately before season 1's The Storm. 

Specifically, I'm concerned about the characters' voices and my characterizations of them.... things I've never had a problem with before but seemed to with this fic. So I'd love it if someone could read with those issues in mind.

I'm writing this to fulfil someone's request and it's already taken me way too long, so I'd like to get it beta'd and posted ASAP. Like within the next 24 hours, if at all possible.

i am looking for a fic were sheppard and the team crash on a plant for a long time and sheppard is the only one who can take care of the rest of the team that was hurt in the crash. in the process he ends up starving himself to make sure everybody else had enough eat.

Cold Blood, Part 1

A story I read some time ago popped into my head. Now I want to read it but can't for the life of me remember who wrote it and where to find it. It was about Sheppard getting his Ph.d (in something either math or engineer related), while on Atlantis, and what he went through to get it. Caldwell was helping him and I think it may have been from Rodney's POV but can't be sure (it could have been Sheppard's or both.) It was Gen, I know that. Anyway, any help finding this fic would be much appreciated :D

Hey guys, this is my first post here so I do apologize if I am posting in the wrong community.
I've been looking for a fic that I read a few years ago now, involving Sheppard and his team being captured by an enemy of some kind. The team are tortured in turn while Sheppard has to watch, as they want the gate address to Atlantis. Sheppard manages to kill their captors and they all realize that it wasn't real but they still have to deal with the side effects. Thats pretty much all I can remember, but it was a really good read and would like to find it again. Many thanks, and I apologize once again if I am in the wrong community. I will also hopefully be posting my first SGA fic here soon, *fingers crossed*
