Here is the new theme of the month! It is the duo theme in which you and a friend/relative/other person who is a member of this community can find out who your relationship is most like from Shaman King. If you have done this theme already, you can take part in it again. You may also apply for it with more than one person in seperate applications (that is, two people per application). Check the following rules before you post. This theme will run until November 18.


Rules(in addition to our normal rules)

1. Both people must be members of this community and already have a regular character stamp.

2. If you have a friend/relative/boyfriend/girlfriend/acquaintance who has an livejournal account and likes Shaman King but is not a member of the community already, have them join NOW so they can get a regular stamp before the month is up.

3. You don’t have to know the friend/relative/boyfriend/girlfriend/acquaintance in real life in order to apply.

4. There are two parts of this application – one for each person in the application duo to fill out – BUT one of you must send your answers to the other person, that is, you’ll each fill out your part of the application, but only one of you will post the applications

5. After one user posts their duo’s application, the other half of the duo must comment to that post verifying that they answered the questions themselves. This comment MUST be placed before any voting is allowed.

6. If you want to apply for this with more than one user, that’s cool too, but you would need to fill out and submit the application survey again - if this isn’t clear leave a comment here and I’ll try to explain it better. .

7. Put “Let’s catch this dream” in your subject line to prove you read the rules.


8. Applicants can be voted as having a relationship like ANY two characters in Shaman King (anime and/or manga), it doesn’t matter how minor the characters are.

9. You are not allowed to vote on your own applications

The Mirror Theme, "What Shaman King Character Do You Look Most Like", is back for it's third go! If you participated in this theme before you are welcome to try again to see if you've changed since the last stamp, or if you were unhappy with your previous result. To those of you who have a regular stamp but haven't participated in this theme, go ahead and try it if you're interested! This theme will go through the 11th of August



Rules
1. You must have a regular character stamp to participate in the theme.

2. Do not post using a Shaman King character icon.

3. You can vote someone as looking like any character from Shaman King - anime or manga, doesn't matter. They can even be a really minor character - just so long as the character has a name. I will make more stamps as they are needed.

4. Remember, just because someone has long black hair doesn't mean they're Hao! Basically, girls can be stamped as boys, boys as girls. We're voting on who the overall image of the person reminds us of, what character we get an impression of when looking at the pictures (hope that makes sense).

5. Put "Mantanian Pictionary" in the subject line as proof you read the rules.

6. Please bold your votes.

7. Be respectful to those you vote on, and in replying to comments people leave you.

8. NO SHAMAN KING COSPLAY PHOTOS

9. If someone votes you as a character, and you disagree with them, please don't complain about it to them. We should all vote honestly and stick to the character we see.

10. You will be stamped once you get 10 votes or 6+ for the same character.

11. If you see a person as looking like more than one character, you may vote them as two.

By the way, if any of you are in the San Diego area, or are planning on attending the San Diego Comic Con, you guys should know that Hiroyuki Takei will be a guest there this year!!! He'll be doing a panel with Stan Lee on their newish manga, Ultimo. It will happen on Friday July 24th at 10:30 AM at the Shonen Jump panel in room 10. It sounds like it'll be freaking amazing! If any of you are going, it would be great to hear about it and as this is a Shaman King community, you have my permission to make a post here about it  here.
