Comments: Given that this was her first spree, it's understandable that she wasn't very experienced in some ways and there were some hiccups. the seller almost cheated us of the money until candycanefaerie (one of the participants in the spree) checked from a TW postal website that seller had actually received the concealed cash.
I can overlook the spree organiser's inexperience, but my item was mailed out without a return address written on the packaging. even though the mailer's not responsible for lost normal mails, but the least she could have done was to write down a return add. And when a 50c handling charge is collected, i expect my item to arrive in an envelope and not brown paper.

+ive: kept us in the loop with regular updates, even though there were some problems with the seller. managed to get our items eventually.
-ive: ditto summerbelle's comment; my item also arrived wrapped in brown paper and without a return address, which doesn't really justify the handling fee charged.
