Q: My particulars would be kept confidential, right? Is it safe?
A: Yes, it is safe & kept confidential. Your name, address and account number are information you give to buyers/sellers.

Q: What happens if I don't send you my information?
A: You can still browse sgsale, comment & purchase. However, you will not be able to post entries to the community.

Q: What is the reason for requiring my personal information?
A: Disputes happened quite some time back, involving quite a lot of girls with not a small sum of money. We, of course, do not want that to happen to any of our members. We find that this is the best measure we can take to prevent problems, and if you have better suggestions on keeping Sgsale safe, we would love to hear your suggestion.

Q: How will this make Sgsale safer?
A: When we have members' personal particulars, we are able to verify them via a number of methods. If a member is involved in a fraud case or dispute, we are able to help the victim(s) by releasing that member's particulars. In this way, the victim(s) can use the information to make a police report and so on. The more users submit their information, the safer Sgsale will be.

Q: I do not have a personal feedback page but I do have SGSTFB & Yahoo! auction rating page, will that suffice?
A: Unfortunately, no. As we all know, SGSTFB does not allow non-sgst feedbacks (the same goes to other communities) so transactions made in Sgsale, feedbacks cannot be left in SGSTFB. Yahoo! auction rating page is solely for Yahoo! Thus, you will need to get a personal feedback page.

Q: What's a personal feedback page?

Q: How can I get a personal feedback page?
A: Simply create an entry in your journal & title it Personal Feedback. Yes it is this simple. You can follow exactly what I did for my feedback page, no problem.

Q: Why there isn't any sgsalefb?
A: Well, we do not have enough manpower unfortunately. We trust that you'd be honest enough to manage your own feedback page. Unless we find that some of you did some tricks to your own feedback page, in order to get more positive feedbacks, we will stick to personal feedback page.

Q: How will I know that you have received my registration?
A: You will receive an acknowledgment email when your registration has been processed.

Q: When will I have posting access?
A: After receiving the acknowledgment email, please wait at least 1-2 weeks. Then check the Registered Members List. You should have posting access when your nick is up.

Q: My friend & I share the same username. Do we both have to send our particulars?
A: Yes, that would be preferable. 

Q: I want to change my username, do I have to register as a new user?
A: No, you need not do that. Simply send us the registration email & mention in the email that you're changing username & not registering as a new user.

Q: Which email address do I send my information to?
A: Please send it to sgsale.reg@hotmail.com.

Q: I checked my username against the registered sellers and it wasn't there.
A: Please send us an email if you have waited sufficiently long (1-3 weeks); we're human & we may make mistakes, so I apologize ahead!
