| About: | HEY(: this is your maintainer, Mayys. This community was originally intended to be set up for people to get rid your stuff, to organize spree! Thus i'll be opening this up to people who are interested to join us as a seller or a buyer or even a spree-er. (: This community also encourages meet-ups! This is to avoid lost packages, allow buyers to check the goods and it will do sellers good at the same time! (if you intend to use ibanking or fund transfers) : Applying for : (BUYER/SELLER) Guidelines & Rules(FOR BUYER/SELLER) Please take clear photos of the items you wish to sell or trade. All prices to be in SGD Should there be any defects on the item(s) you are selling, make it known, preferrably with clear photos of it. Always provide a clear and detailed description of the item(s) you are selling / looking for. List down the payment & shipping methods you prefer whether selling or buying. Please include your email address in EVERY post so that your potential customers & sellers can contact you more easily. Permanent Bans Fake goods - if you are selling non-authentic goods, make it known. Failure to do so will lead to a permanent ban in this community. NO selling/trading of ILLEGAL STUFF. ___________________________________________________ 2. Spree Organizing General: a) CONFISCATION OF MONEY IS STRICTLY DISALLOWED. You will be banned immediately and legal action (might be) taken if you do so. If you have any complaints against any spree participant(s), please vent them here instead. Website sprees: a) All spree organizers are to follow the community’s fixed exchanged rates. b) Handling fees should not exceed 50c. The cost of envelopes, sticky tape, etc. should be included in this 50c. c) Collection of initial shipping charges : i) Apparel sites - max $3/item ii) Makeup sites - max $2/item If the eventual shipping charges are less than what was initially collected, kindly inform your participants and refund them accordingly. We have no control over this matter because it just seems a little overboard to be requesting for screen prints for every single spree, but it’s just a matter of integrity. Private sprees (with effect from 28 March 2008) a) All spree organizers are to send me a copy of their own respective supplier details (telephone number, address or shop name if any). b) Handling fees should not exceed 50c. The cost of envelopes, sticky tape, etc. should be included in this 50c. 4. Feedback 1. All spree organizers are encouraged to have a feedback 2. Spree organizers are to post a link to their feedback page every time they hold an entry, along with their feedback count(that's if they have one to begin with). 5. Permanent Ban 1 warning: • re-submit rejected entries without making ammends accordingly • submit a second repost You will be suspended after 3 warnings. Immediate suspensions: • Rudeness towards us moderators. • Deletion of comments. • Deletion/editing of entries • Falsifying actual quantities available for supplier sprees Bans: • After 3 suspensions you will be banned. • Confiscation of money. • Providing false information during spree organizer registration. • 10% negative feedback. • Found of dishonest act.
