A search on sgastoryfinders made me think of this, but I can't track it down.

It's humor, I think. Rodney has been kidnapped, not beaten or interrogated, just confined. Soon John, Teyla and Ronon come bursting into the prison cell to rescue him, and John is freaked out and keeps checking Rodney for injuries. Meanwhile Teyla and Ronon are standing by loaded with C4, itching to blow something up b/c they're so pissed at Rodney's kidnappers. Rodney refers to them as the "demolition twins" or something like that (much cleverer, I'm sure).

I'm looking for a McShep story. I don't remember much, all i can remember is that Rodney hurt/burnt his hand on his door as he tried to keep Sheppard from opening it.

Not much i know but it just popped into my head as i was reading something else and now it's making me crazy.

Hello!

I need help identifying and finding a fic. I only can remember very little of it. John and Rodney finally had sex. For Rodney it actually meant something while for John it doesn't, not really anyway. The only thing I remember besides that is Rodney running to Carson and demanding a test for STDs cause he was 'so stupid to have unprotected sex'

Hi,

Does it ring a bell? John, Ronon and Teyla are the enforcers for Elizabeth, who is a mafia boss. She wanted John to find out who was responsible for betraying them (and I think Simon got killed as well). There's also Atlantis mafia tattoos. Ronon and Teyla bring in Kavanagh because he's been ratting them out to the police. John is a cold and meticulous interrogator/torturer and Kavanagh denies it all, saying that he's a double agent. I remember that it was fairly short or a WIP. Rodney hadn't made it into the story (yet). I think it was told in John's POV. It was creepy and deliberate and coldly professional. Very neat story. I hope someone is able to find it.

Hey guys,

I'm trying to find a fic that was pretty short and sweet. The team was offworld and Rodney and Teyla were separated from John and Ronon during an explosion. Each thought the other two were dead until they saw each other while on their way back to the gate...? And then Ronon gave bearhugs, and Teyla did the Athosian forehead thing with John, and Rodney and John didn't know whether or not they should hug....I basically just wrote the entire fic without any style. lol Help please?

Because I fail at tagging my bookmars I need your help! I have one scene stuck in my head and I can not figure out where it comes from!

Rodney finds out that John is gay and likes him. Rodney's response is something like "I'm flattered" to which John says "I don't want you to be flattered - I want you to love me back!"

Looking for a McShep fic, fairly short and light-hearted. I remember that John makes the first move, on a balcony maybe, and Rodney doesn't exactly freak out but doesn't respond as John hopes either. I seem to recall that Rodney gets someone to give him gay porn so he can check it out and decide if he can be gay for John. I think he actually decides that he can't be based on the behaviors exhibited in said porn, but John assures him that real gay relationships don't work like that. Also, Rodney may or may not try to get other guys to kiss him as part of some similar Can I be Gay? experiment, and one of those guys may or may not be Carson. Help?

The team are on a mission and Rodney brings a young boy back to Atlantis with him and eventually adopts the kid. Sheppard is jealous of the boy at first, but it ends up with Rodney and John together and John getting along with the son.

Hi all! It's finally come to this. ._. Okay, I was rereading the fabulous Exclusion Principle and it reminded me of this other Mensa!Verse story that was sort of similar, only serious and from John's point of view - he realized that everyone hated him, especially Teyla, and set out to try to change himself into someone more like our universe's Sheppard. And it was really difficult, but he persevered ... really, this story is more awesome than my summary. ::sigh:: Um, and I think Teyla at some point realized she'd never given John a chance, and Rod ended up telling him he didn't need to change. And it was McShep. And definitely not part of the Exclusion Principle verse or anything. Help me! Please!

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a McShep fic that is a 1940's AU  Post WWII mystery based on (I think) the film The Maltese Falcon. All I remember is the beginning where Rodney is at a dinner and he is happy because rationing is over and they are serving real coffee again and it might have been free. Also the summary said something like there were many times Rodney was sorry he met John (totally paraphrasing)

Sorry I don't know more but I didn't get a chance to finish it and it's driving me crazy

While watching the rerun of Harmony tonight I was reminded of a Mcsheppy post-Harmony fic. In said fic Rodney tries to explain to John that he really didn't take his powerbar, but John reassures Rodney that he didn't really think he took it, he was just humoring the kid. I don't think it was particularly adult (i.e., no sex), but I'm pretty sure that John and Rodney were in a romantic relationship, not just friends. Alas, I have looked for the fic but have been unsuccessful in my search thus far, so I am requesting help from all you wonderful people. Thanks in advance!

I've been watching S2, just finished "Lost Boys" and am hankering to reread one? two? related fics. (I can't remember if I'm thinking of one story or two different ones.) ETA: Yes, indeed it was two stories.

Story 1: Sheppard POV -- after being rescued, John gives Rodney a shred of bread laced with enzyme, and Rodney is grateful. Later, John realizes he did it because he likes it when Rodney is grateful to him, and he feels like a tool. Found! The lovely etui tracked it down: it's lilysaid's Handout.

Story 2: The enzyme ... erm. Makes Rodney have sex with a lot of Ford's men. May contain the line, from John (paraphrased) "Well excuse me for being surprised that you a) enjoy men, and b) just enjoyed four of them." Found! Thank you jessebee & mosquito_larva! Please be advised that this story is really, truly NSFW and really, really deserves its NC-17 rating: ! by Pru (rageprufrock) (Yup, the title is "exclamation mark," only not spelled out.)
