Looking for 2 fics.
1) I think that Katie tells Mckay no and that the ring looked like a man's ring .Mckay talks to John and they get together. John tells Mckay that he had to buy him a new ring and that it had to be nice.Rodney buys him a expensive platinum ring.
2)John dies and Mckay becomes unhinged and builts a VR program and a VR John from his memories.I think Mckay time travels to an alternate dimension to prevent something from happening and takes the VR program with him. The VR John is deleted and unhinged Rodney thinks that it was the other John that did it until he finds out that VR John was in love with him and wanted to have a chance at happiness with the John in that dimension.

So, I had the sudden, terrible urge to re-read this story I once saw where Rodney loses his hand in an accident of some sort, maybe it's crushed by a wall falling or something? And there's lots of h/c, and Rodney's hand starts to regenerate, maybe because of the ancient gene? Anyway, him and John are falling in love etc, then Rodney fists him with the baby hand to help him get over his childhood abuse.

Im 3/4's of the way trough reading slybrarian's fic Alignment and i keep getting the feeling that there was a prequel, or at elast companion fics, something to explain jack and sams gold eyes (apart from the obvious) and the whole lovecraft fusion thing. anyvbody have any ideas?

Yes, yes, I know. I should hang my head in shame.
I'm searching for truly excellent crack. I'm not sure if it's due to a Wacky Ancient Device, the ATA gene or some alien ritual, but the entire team ends up with tails. Tails that end in hands.
Teyla's hand tail kicks everybody's ass while sparring and she smacks the boys upside the head when they're naughty. She's very Zen about the whole affair. The tails almost have a mind of their own. John and Rodney's hand tails keep holding each other, and petting fingers and twining around each other... even when John is being nothing but professional. I think Rodney talks with his hands, even when one of his hands is a hand tail.
I've been searching under tail!fic, crack and transformation tags, but no joy. I'm all but certain it's McShep, since that's my preference. Does this ring any bells with anyone?

I'm looking for a McShep Au, where John is still in the miliatary but I beleive neither of them are in Atlantis, and they have two kids. Teh scene that sticks out is when John is on tour and Rodney takes the kids to see Happy Feet, and they get traumatized and later John comes home and tries to get teh kids to watch another penguin movie which goes very badly. It's pretty long, probably pretty well known, but I haven't read it in atleast a year so I've forgotten how to find it again. Thanks you in advance!

I'm looking for two stories, I believe they're both McShep. (Or hinting towards it)
I don't remember much of the first one: Sheppard hears that people left Rodney in a very cold place. (To train him because he's not strong enough, I think). He yells at them and then runs off to save Rodney (Ronon and Teyla didn't go with him?). He finds him under some snow-made cave or something, I think he said/ thought he almost had overlooked it.

Second one is the team being kept in some place and they take Rodney away for some time, when Rodney comes back he's not looking good. I believe he grabbed Teyla and started screaming 'can you hear me?!', then he makes sure the team gets back to Atlantis but he stays behind. Later they find him back, connected to some kind of chair (alike the one in Atlantis) - I could be confusing the last part with another story.

Bigbang's kept me pretty busy reading, but it also reminded me of something...
A story where Keller gets (yelled at? talked to?) an earful about how she's not being ethical. Reveling medical information about her patients etc. It could be part of a larger fic or it could be the focus point. I really don't know. Does anyone recognize this?

This really long story is responsible for me reading McShep because at the end of it you're so sad that they're not together because the story is written so beautifully. Im pretty sure its on fanfic but can't find it there now. It's AU and Earth. I think Rodney is a composer and he meets John (I think through Jeannie) and they have this wonderful life together. There is one scene near the end where Rodney comes home and John is sitting in a rocker on the porch in just blue jeans, bare feet crossed, waiting for him. At the end, it turns out that Rodney has been in a coma on Atlantis and when he wakes up he looks accross the infirmary at a very straight John and its heartbreaking after reading just how good they could be together. So much so you pray that someone writes a sequel where maybe John isn't so straight after all. Does anyone know it?? Please help me, as heartbreaking as it is, I'd love to read it again and send it to a friend (after a discussion on how I got into McShep).

Help, good people!
I'm pretty sure these are both on Wraithbait, but for the life of me I can't find them.
1. My memory of this one is fairly sketchy, but: it's an established relationship fic; John confesses to having cheated on Rodney multiple times, and is terrified of how Rodney's going to react, but Rodney surprises him by saying he'd always known, and hadn't said anything because he assumed he and John aren't exclusive.
Or something.
2. John and Rodney are imprisoned on a planet and Rodney makes their fellow inmates sing nursery rhymes because he can't communicate witth John any other way. I remember John thinking that if he can't recognise the songs the prisoners sing in the evening then it's been a bad day. I have a feeling someone's going to recongnise this one immediately and I'm going to feel stupid, but oh well.

This is driving me crazy - I'm looking for a story I read over a year ago and haven't been able to find again. All I can remember of it is that Sheppard and the team (maybe just Sheppard?) are captured off world (maybe sold?) and are held in a fortress/castle type place. The specific event I remember is that Sheppard was being punished and was suspended outside in a body-shaped cage during an icy rain storm.
I know that 's not much to go on....
Does this sound familiar??

Looking for a story where the bad guys carefully break Sheppard's leg after they capture him, to prevent any ninja escapology.
Not sure of the other details - probably the bad guy was Kolya, and more than likely it was McShep, but I'm afraid the only detail I remember is the deliberately broken leg, sorry.

Remember one where Rodney writes equations which John does leaning over desk while Rodney enjoys John and his labours. Rodney looking over John's shoulder at John's math and it turns him on even more. Probably short and obviously McShep. Not sure there was a plot as such!

Hi there
