A failed genetic experiment introduced in "Michael" (02x18).
The expediton captured a Wraith and attempted to rewrite his DNA. Upon learning the truth, 'Michael' escaped, only to return to Atlantis in the season finale "Allies" (02x20). He was believed to have been killed at the end of "Misbegotten" (03x02), but that has not been confirmed.

Kavanagh doesn't have a canon first name; if you're not going to use one for Lorne, you ought not for him, either.

I'm looking forward to reading these stories, and I like that you've organized them by character this way.
