notes: I've always wanted to create artwork that had nothing but black, white and various shades of grey. Well, here you go. :o) I created the figure of John for another artwork, but I felt that I could do so much more with it, so I added Rodney and lots of other elements. This is the result. thisissirius, I used a few of the things you requested-- this artwork has got John/Rodney, stolen moments and Atlantis can be seen in the background. I hope you like it. It's a lot to ask, but a layout that features subtle mcshepiness (work-safe) so I can grin like an idiot when I bring up my LJ at school and not cringe at the strange looks people give me. Also, if no McShep, then anything with just John (total FlanGirl here) being lanky and hip-cocked and smirkified. I would DIE EXTREMELY HAPPY if someone were to do a SGA gen vid to "The City Is At War" by Cobra Starship.

first off;

i want to apologise. it seems there was a mix up when the e-mails were sent out. i'f like to say sorry to lenkti, tobimonkee and saeva. I don't know what happened with the e-mails but i've come up with a solution.

Sorry to the others, all of whom (should have?) recieved their e-mails and have completed their assignments already.

To solve this; i am extending the deadline for this challenge to the 31st december. this is so that it gives the guys who didn't get their e-mails on time to get their assignments/punch something out. along the way, i will start to post the completed pieces, a couple a day (minus christmas day for obvious reasons).

i hope that this goes someway to apologise for what's happened and i can't say enough. i also hope this hasn't put you off the challenge. i'll post again to let you know that the assignments have been sent and to ask if you three guys recieved them. thanks and i apologise again.
