RULES & REGULATIONS

1) All posts in the community have to go through moderation.

2) Only sprees/selling posts for the following will be approved.

- Website sprees (i.e Victoria Secret, Wetseal, sprees from TW auctions and such)
- In-stocks*
- Pre-orders from suppliers*

* For instock sales posts, there must be a minimum of at least 5 different items and at least 5 pieces of the same design per item, all items MUST BE BRAND NEW.
* Only TWO supplier/pre-order sales post per week from the same seller/spree organizer.

- NO DIY/HANDMADE ITEMS
- NO LOOKING POSTS
- NO SELLING OF PERSONAL USED/OLD ITEMS.

3) Please apply to be a Spree Organiser/seller before posting.

- If you have not applied, please read #4.

4) Spree Organizer/Seller Registration

- Please give us approximately 2-4 weeks to respond to your application.
- Email a submission of your particulars to mods.sg.shopping@gmail.com with the following information:

- Pls email a scan copy of your bank account statement that has your name, bank account number as well as address on it.
- If your registration is accepted, you will receive an email with your SG_SHOPPING FB link and you can begin spree-ing/selling.

5) Guidelines for organizing sprees

Sprees/selling posts

- Only one spree/selling post per entry.
- Please include your SG_SHOPPING Feedback Link with updated Feedback Count hyperlinked to your Feedback URL, e.g. SG_SHOPPING FB Link: +20/-0
- Do not include personal Feedback links or Feedback from other communities.
- Include Title and status of spree [OPEN/CLOSED/CANCELLED].
- Only ONE image is allowed outside the LJ cut in your spree post, maximum size 300X300.
- LJ cut all details in your spree post.
- Maximum of 15 lines outside your LJ cut including pictures, feedback link, etc.
- Fonts should not be bigger than Medium size.
- No screening of any comments. You are not allowed to delete Moderator Comments.
- No changing of LJ nicks once you have registered to be a spree organizer.

Reposts

- Do not repost when your spree post is still on the first page.
- Please include only your SG_SHOPPING Feedback count, Feedback URL and a hyperlink to the original spree post.
- You are advised to disable commenting for reposts to avoid confusion.
- Two reposts allowed per spree/sales post.

Transparency
- Discounts must be included in the calculations, and must not used to offset shipping.
- Confiscation of cash or buyer's item/s are not allowed.
- Maximum of S$0.50 handling charge is allowed per participant. Handling charge must be collected in second payment
- No handling charge should be collected for meetups or self-collection.
- Refunds must be done within a month.

6) Suspensions and Bans

- Any spree organiser who intentionally disobeys any of above rules will be suspended indefinitely.
- Anyone who is rude to us will also be suspended.
