its pretty clever. heheh

i think the geograpy reflective to the "pyschologycial largness" we have in our minds of certain places. like for instance, europe seldom feature on our radar so its relegated to a similiar size to England "Man U". needless to say, europe = football

and i think is pretty accurate! hahahah

why is south america = milo ? something to do with coffe might be more appropriate??? or ronaldo.

I think that "milo" was in reference to skin colour, though. :p


But the map is pretty reflective though. :p I think a lot of people I know tend to generalise the world into those few "categories" :p

and this footballer is usually a brazilian or someone from south america

nowadays milo no so much ad liao, but last time is very widespread one

I love that Singapore's size is totally blown out of proportion. Also, that Malaysia is 'DVD's because it's so true. >.< Also all the mad ice. One of my favourite professors does projects at both poles, and every time he puts on a world map I'm like "oh yeah the ice."

its rather acccurate imo..

its the effect of typical stereotyping and lack of information/generalizing certain things...

if u drew that map for other countries, like the US, they'd have their own perception stereotypes. Singapore probably won't be there, or may somehow be situated as part of China and all people will remember is a chewing gum ban and Michael Fay getting caned.
