I haven't really moved for two whole days.

Starting tomorrow, I need to kick my lazy ass into action instead of procrastinating and telling myself I'm still not behind to reach 50k. Because, officially, I'll need to start getting into the groove again by tomorrow.

I hit 20k! :)


These days I'm getting lazy. All I do is sit there and type in about 2000 words of crap each day, convincing myself that (it's okay! I can edit this, like, later! Right now it's important to get the words down...) it'll all be fine and (no, seriously, I bet people want to read about cross-dressing guys and flying zombies!) somehow it'll all work out.

A little while ago I mentioned a post inspired by

[info]anghard's post and didn't really ever get round to writing it. 

Here you go, I guess.

Still awesomely sleepy. 20k in sight. Will post tomorrow, hopefully with news of victory. 

Here's one of the dares I'm taking from last year's NaNo (yes, I saved it in a file):

(paraphrased, obviously)

1)  Have a main who kisses everybody they meet either on the cheek or the lips. 
 - who cries when the strangers give them strange looks 
 - who completely ignores their partner and refuses to kiss them
 - (and the significant other is okay with this)
 - and who greets the entire army/the villains in the final showdown/battle this way

I think I've got everything planned out except for the last bit. That might take some serious thinking.

River is starting to be repeatedly bullied by a lot of people. We're going to have to have that talk about Not Being A Wimp again.
