This is a community for all who want to sell their new or used bags or wallets!
Bags do not have to be designer.

Rules are as follows
[1] Your post must contain a link to your feedback. For more information, Please see this post.
[2] State if the bag is new or used.
[3] State the price if it is set or state if it is an open bid.
[4] State the form of payment accepted.
[5] Please post pictues of bag(s) behind a LJ cut!
[6] Be kind to others, no rude comments!
[7] State whether or not the bag is real, authentic, knock off, ETC and the brand, if any!
[8] All bags welcome, hand made, new, used, with or with out tags or hang me downs!
[9] Try not to post multiple times - if you have an update to add, edit your original post if its still on the first page of the community. (Since we moderate posts, duplicates may be rejected.. so check the community and see if your post is still on the front page or not)
[10] THIS IS NOT A COMMUNITY FOR YOU TO ADVERTISE FOR YOUR SELLING JOURNAL!! I will however allow links to personal selling journals under a few conditions... You MUST post pics of the bags you are selling in your selling journal and you must link DIRECTLY to the bags. Please don't make the community members fish through your things.
Don't make a post with solely a link to your selling journal, it will be denied.
[11] Just linking to a gallery or album with pictures is NO LONGER ALLOWED (9/10/08) Please at least list the description of your items for sale - and THEN link to the album, or link to each individual picture
[12] DO NOT use fancy formatting on your fonts - changing the color or size of the text will get your post rejected.
- Changing it after its been approved will get it deleted and your posting access removed.
[13] When posting pictures - PLEASE use your own pictures! Please refrain from HOTLINKING to someone elses pictures, online catalog pictures or ebay. We can tell if you're hotlinking - and your post will be rejected. Stock pictures are no longer allowed (9/10/08)
[14] When posting pictures - actually resize the image, rather than using HTML to do so - if an image is still full resolution (over say 640x480) it still takes a rather long time to load, even if you have the page set to make it a different size - its still loading that same size image. Photobucket and flickr have image resizers if you don't know how to.

We all know there are some very unsavory people on the web, so protect yourself as much as possible.

Ask for feedback!
- Check Feedback of seller
- Ask other community members about transactions with sellers
- Leave feedback for a seller when possible

Check out their pictures
- Have you seen these pictures before? Are they stock pictures out of a catalog or online? Where are the pictures being stored - are they personally stored, all from the same place, or are they stored in all different accounts? These are signs to look for to see if someone is stealing pictures from ebay or other sellers.

Trust your instincts - if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.
If the person is short with you, stingy with information, refuses requests for more pictures - the excuse "my digital isn't working" is nothing more than an excuse - they may not be a person you want to deal with.

PayPal is generally the safest way to pay for an item - but even then - PayPal can't gaurantee a refund if you got scammed & theres nothing in their account to recover for your refund.
If you mail your payment, splurge & use delivery confirmation to make sure it gets there.

You're buying at your own risk.

Do let a mod know if you have a problem with a deadbeat seller - while we can't recover your money or get your item to you - we can try to help if possible.
