• This community is ONLY for selling/buying seiyuu goods. If you want to discuss seiyuu, post it at the sister community, seiyuu.


• Sellers must join the community in order to sell. Buyers are not required to join the community, but must be registered LiveJournal users.


• Posts are for sales only. Do not post entries asking if someone is selling _____, etc.


• All posts must follow the posting format. (see Seller section)


• All transactions are between seller and buyer.
  The moderators are in no way responsible for mediating between individuals. If you feel you have been cheated or have any complaints about a seller, you may report them to the mods but they cannot get your money back, etc.


• Sellers will be warned if a buyer has sent in a complaint about them. Those who receive three or more complaints may be removed and banned from the community.


• ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE TO BE MADE VIA EMAIL.
  Entry comments will only be used for questions about items being sold.

• All items for sale must be seiyuu-related.


• No bootlegs! All items must be official.


• The entry title/subject must reflect what you are selling.
  *** If the items are being auctioned via eBay, etc, have "[AUCTION]" at the beginning ***


• The following information must be included in your sales post:
  
  Seller: (your name/nick)
  Email: (your email)
  Location: (state, country)
  Payment: (forms of payment you accept, eg. PayPal, money order, IPMO, etc)
  
  Title: (title of the item)
  Media: (DVD, CD album, CD single, magazine, etc)
  Quantity: (how many of the items you are selling)
  Condition: (condition of item)
  Seiyuu:
  Price: (include the currency your price is in)
  *** If you are auctioning, change this to Starting Price ***
  STATUS: (available, on hold, sold, etc)
  *** If you are auctioning, change this to Ending Date ***
  
  Include the auction link(s) afterwards if you are auctioning. The link may be to eBay or to your journal, if you are auctioning there. Please copy and paste the URL instead of making it fancy with HTML so potential buyers understand that the auction is happening off-site.
  
  You may include additional information if needed. If you have images of the item, place them under an LJ-cut under the item's description. *** The posting format may be altered to suit your needs, as long as all relevant information posted above is included. ***


• An email address must be included.
  Feel free to write it out however you want if you're afraid of spam bots.


• You may sell multiple items in one post. Simply include a description (and images if you have any) for each item.


• Item status must be up-to-date at all times.


• Tag your entries appropriately. You can find the tag list here.
  If you need a certain tag created, contact the mods.


• All sellers must receive LJ comments via email in case any questions are posted.


• Sellers are obligated to answer all questions asked about their item.

• If you are interested in an item, contact the seller using the email address they provide.


• Comments are only to be made if you have a question about the item before you make your decision. These questions must be made in the comments so other users who may have a similar question can find the answer.


• Do not ask about the item's availability, if the seller has another one, or any questions of that nature.
