seed_icontest, the Icontest devoted to Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny!
~All icons must be of someone/something from either Gundam Seed or Gundam Seed Destiny
~You can use images from the anime, manga, or other sources such as magazines and artbooks. No fanart is allowed.
~You are only allowed to submit ONE icon per challenge unless otherwise indicated
~Do not go around advertising your icon to friends, or using it as your user picture! It must remain anonymous until after the week's challenge ends!
~Do not use any icon that has been posted before, no matter how long ago!
~Please make your icons "fresh" for this icontest. Try not to use icons that have been sitting on your harddrive for weeks, but just havent been posted. That sort of negates what this community is all about.
~You must make an icon relating to whatever challenge is posted for the week!
~All icons must fit Livejournal standards (100x100 and less than 40k)
~No stealing icons! If you want to use an icon you've seen here, please either comment asking for permission to use it from the iconmaker either on the winner post or the unscreened submission post.
~Do not insult or criticize anyone's icons
~You must be a member of this community to submit icons and vote
~Only mods and banner makers will be able to post here
I reserve the right to disqualify icons for what I believe is breaking the rules. If you have problems with that, contact me at iceblue1389@yahoo.com!
~A new challenge will be posted every Friday at sometime, unless I am unable to do so.
~Entries are due on Friday at 6:00PM Eastern Standard Time. You may submit entries after the deadline as long as voting has not been posted. We will check right before we post to make sure no new icons were submitted. However, i discourage this due to the varying times at which voting is posted from week to week.
~You must host your own image for submissions. However, I will host images for the actual voting.
~Please submit your entries in the following format:

Please make the URL a link! Pictures can be posted using the format <*img src="ImageURL">, and links using <*a href="ImageURL">ImageURL<*/a>, without the stars and replacing ImageURL with your image's URL.
~Voting will take place from Friday until Sunday at 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. You may still vote after voting has supposedly closed as long as the winners have not been posted yet.
~Results will be posted either Sunday night or Monday
~Depending on how many entries, there will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awarded. You must vote for all three icons, not just one or two.
~There also will be a Special Category. You may not vote in this category for the icons that you voted for previously. You are not required to vote for this, but it is highly encouraged to. Special categories rotation will be as follows (it may not be strictly followed, but it'll sort of be followed i hope):
