  • Tips:


    • Read the individuals' trading rules carefully to make sure you understand everything. If there are any doubts and confusion, contact the person!

    • Save ALL transaction e-mails (please save a copy of the e-mail you sent that person as well!!) until BOTH parties had received their cards and are happy with the transaction.

    • Pack the card(s) carefully by first wrapping the card in a plastic cover. Then cut out two heavyweight cardboard pieces and place the card in the middle of the two boards like a piece of cheese in a sandwich - then tape it shut together. Make sure that the two cardboard pieces are bigger than the card(s) so when the other party cuts it open, it doesn't damage the card!

    • If you want to be safe, you can send the card Priority Mail with confirmation tracking number which will cost $3.95 (PM) + $0.45 (CTN) = $4.40. It's cost more than just sending it by regular mail but you won't have a confirmation tracking number and a receipt to prove that you sent the cards.

    • SAVE ALL RECEIPT until the transaction is OVER!

    • E-mail the person when you sent it out with the scan picture of the receipt and the tracking number if possible.



  • Rules:


    • Trading rules will vary because it depends on the individual and yourself to set the rules that best fit the transaction.

    • After the transaction ENDS, please rate the person that you traded with from 1-5 (5 being excellent). If you have time, please also write a little comment on why that person got that rating from you. This way everyone will know if that person is a good person to trade with.

    • If someone e-mailed us with proof that you cheated them, we will ban you from this community and Secret Haven. We will also put you on our blacklist so everyone will know not to deal with you in the future.



  • Missing Trading: Before reporting to us about any miss trading, please first try to e-mail the person and work things out. If the problem still isn't solved then e-mail us with the following informations:

    • Your LJ name and the link to your listing.

    • The person you're dealing with LJ name, e-mail address and link to their listing.

    • ALL the e-mails that took place in the transaction in a ZIP file.

    • Receipts and tracking number if possible.

    • A summary of what happened, including what cards you sent and suppose to receive in return.


    We will then e-mail the accused party to hear their side. (Please note that if the accused party does not reply to us within 7 days from the day we sent the e-mail, we will automatically do what is stated in our rules)! When we have all the information, we will carefully go through them and e-mail both parties with our judgement. If either parties disagreed with our judgement, we will post it here in the community and have everyone help judge.
