Okay, okay, so here's my genius thought of the day...
What if...we, as a group, started an icon journal, right here on LiveJournal?! Wouldn't that be fun?! AND, we could make not only icons, but those friends only graphics! Call me crazy, but...I think it would be fun. Just a thought, I guess...but that would be funny, and great, if anyone actually thought this was a good idea! So...there you have it. My genius idea. Mmm-hmm. I just thought it might be a fun time, and there's no group I'd rather be in a group like that with! =D So...thoughts?

Also, I think someone with doll-making talent should help out our busy, busy M-H! *nods* One person can only make so many dolls...and I know that we ran into some conflicts with this before, but it has only led to non-doll-makers making dolls! So, I say, why not let them make dolls?! Why should it matter WHO makes the dolls, when there is plenty of work to be done? If you have the talent and would like to, you might as well make dolls for people. *shrugs*

Live, blog, liiiiive! ^_^;
I have a couple ideas of how we can try to keep the blog active. One is to have a post-a-day type thing... that is, each day, you make one post to the journal, telling of something that happened to you that day or something you did, etc. No matter how small or insignificant. I actually had to do something like that for high school, and even if you think your lives are boring and nothing happens... you'll be surprised at how much really does happen. ;)
Another one is to have a sort of... erm... topic-time kinda thing. ^_^; It's like the Friday Five, but it doesn't necessarily have to be on Friday. Each week we'll think of one subject, and discuss it... even random things! Like... well... cheese seems to be a favorite. *snickers* It could be random things, but when current events happen we can discuss those too.
*nodnod* So... whatcha think? ^_^; Anyone else have some ideas? =)

Okay, everyone...
Now that I'm not so busy with cosplay I think I've got enough time to actually get the SEC running again. I know that we've lost a lot of members over time, and I need to find out who all would like to be a member once the club is back up again.
The club will basically be STARTING OVER. I lost everyone's original join dates *sniffles* so what we're going to do is this: For right now, only club members who were members before the club closed will be allowed to re-join. Once there's been enough time for everyone who was a former member to join again, any open slots will be offered up to the public for applications.
Now, because we're starting over, you have this once-in-a-lifetime *grins* chance to change your doll and member name. If you're going to keep your original member name, that's great; if you want to register as something different, I need you to let me know in one of the public forums, after you've registered, what your original club name was so that I don't get confused as to who you are. *winks*
I've set up the new site here: http://sec.sailororion.net
You won't be able to access much of anything but the boards at this point. Please don't link to this address or give it out to non-members until I can actually get the club running again... however, until the club is fully running we will at least have a place to chat and so on. HUGE HUGE HUGE hugs and thanks to Quicksilver who set up this board on her servers so everyone would have some place to congregate while the club was down!!!
Once you've registered, I will have to go into the administration panel and make you an official member, and then you will be able to see and use all of the members-only forums. It's really late tonight so I will try to check in with the boards periodically tomorrow and add people who have registered. ^_^ In the meantime, you can post in the public forums.
Please upload whatever doll you plan on using in the club as your avatar, and please pay attention to spelling and capitalization when you register your member name, okay? Once I have enough of you added, I'll ask for some helpers who would like admin abilities to add new registrants to the members group...

This is the Mahou-Henshin-pixie. ^_^ It is good to have a place were it's just SEC-ers. ^_^ Here's my answers to those questions.
1. Did you ever make tree ornaments when you were in Kindergarten? And do your parents still have them?
Paper chains! Yup, made some of those. I got a little wooden hear with my name on it from my kindergarten teacher... but we did sort of make ornaments in first grade. They were clear christmans balls that we painted Christmasy things on in red and green paint. Mine is hanging on the tree right now. ^_^
2. Ever put up strange decorations (tree or otherwise) just because you didn't have proper ones?
Not really... my granparents always make sure I have plenty of ornaments... but we got a cute little fake tree but didn't have an angel for it so I forked out a paper and marker colored angel and put it on the top. ^_^
3. Have any odd traditions, with any holiday?
Well... We got these beads that go around the tree the christmas just before my brother was born (he's a new year's baby) and every year after that, he poses with them for a picter... the poses are getting cornier and cornier by the year though. ^_^ Also, it was an old tradition to play 'I spy' with the ornaments on the tree. I could care less about it now, but my brother still hangs onto that one too. ^_^

Well, I don't remember what I did in kindergarden, but I do in pre-school ^_^;; We made these cookies, but left them out to dry over time and then painted them with frosting and stuff. We also made those chain things, but never for Christmas :/ We don't have those anymore though, because we lost our bag of ornaments with all the pretty glass things and stuff in them along with those ;o;

Well, not on the big "family" tree. However, every year I put a small 4-foot tree in my room and decorate with what's around ^_^; I think the first three years I had it I decorated it with beanie babies, and then JP dinosaur toys (I have a million of those things X_x;;) and then last year I decorated it with all my Sailor Moon merchendise *giggeS* I dunno what I'll do this year, but it'll probably be something lame like Rainbow Brite or Rammstein X3
3. Have any odd traditions, with any holiday?
Well...no not really. Although, I enjoy taking the chance to be at the park after dark on the fourth of July just to make the neighborhood watch lady (who is evil and calls the police on EVERYONE o_o;;) mad if that counts X3;;

Sooo, in keeping with the holidays... here are some holiday-themed questions.
1. Did you ever make tree ornaments when you were in Kindergarten? And do your parents still have them?
*snickers* I'm sure a lot of you made those paper-ring things... you know, you just take strips of construction paper and loop them with other loops until you have rings that go all around the tree. Mine always looked awful, because the strips weren't cut straight, the colors didn't match, and there was Elmer's glue all over everything... ^_^; We don't have those anymore, although I think we did keep them for awhile.
I also made these... erm, clay or something ornaments, you shape them like cookies and bake 'em. And then paint them. And of course mine looked terrible.. ^_^; glitter always showered off the thing, and it was burnt in some places. Still, I used to think it looked like an actual cookie, although it was way too hard...

Well, my answer is obviously yes... ^_^; We don't have many Christmas ornaments because we haven't bought any... the only ones we have are the ones I made. Which... isn't many (and no, they're not my Kindergarten ornaments). So I filled up the extra space with plushes, toys, and cell phone decorations...
We also have a light-up/blow-up Hamtaro hanging near the tree; it's actually a leftover toy from the mid-autumn festival. It lights up and plays music, so... that's kinda holiday-ish, isn't it? *laughs*

Not anymore, but when I was in high school, my friend and I used to make up our own holidays, or mangle the existing ones. It was either because we wanted to make them more exciting, or we missed the original... ^_^;

l. Luna/Artemis: She doesn't spend much time with either, but she has a thing for Artemis when he's in his human form...she adores his long hair...this may also be why she avoids Luna.
