It was my job to create a challenge for one of the design teams I'm on for tonight's release party of the new stamps and such coming out. I use my scrapbooking as a means of creative therapy at times, so that's what I did with this page. Here's the page I created.

And here's my journaling since it's kind of hard to read:There were times when I thought no one was listening.
There were times when I felt there was no one I could trust.
There were times when I felt so utterly alone.
There were times when I felt that everyone else was against me.
There were times when I thought things could only get worse.
There were times when I thought I would never be free.
Through it all, though, I knew He heard me. I knew I could trust Him. I knew I wasn't alone. I knew He would make it better. I knew He made me free.
I knew that people were trying to use religion to control me.
But...it wasn't about religion for me. It was about faith.
Through those years, religion only cause heartache.
It was faith that kept me sane. It was faith that kept me alive.
It wasn't about having religion. It was about keeping the faith.
