This is a Harry Potter community dedicated to 100x100 icons of the movies, books, actors, actresses, etc. You can post graphics (like banners/headers) but they must be in a post with icons. This is not a layout request community; it is only to share your creative artwork with others. This is a open community, but you have to join before you can post any of your icons.
RULES
1. Join before you post.
2. If you post four or more icons, put the rest behind a tag.
3. NO HOTLINKING!
4. Even if the person does not ask please give credit, it's a nice thing to do.
5. No harassment. If you do you will be banned.
6. No vulgar language and no nudity.
7. No altering someones icons unless they allow you to.
8. Give rules to go with your icons, otherwise people will only have to follow the community rules.
9. You can only post four icons or more. If you want to post two or three, wait until you have more and then post them all at the same time.
10. No requesting anything unless it's to a direct person and you ask it under one of their posts.
11. This is a Harry Potter Icon community, so if you have a post of other icons there needs to be Harry Potter included in them. Otherwise it will be deleted.
12. Be nice and have fun!
13. Remember what Thomas Edison said "If we all did the things we are capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves." I don't expect high quiality anything. This is is a community for all kinds of talents with graphics so don't feel like your icons aren't good enough; if you don't practice you'll never get better! I just want to see effort and thats all I can ask of you :P
