Hey gorgeous! Welcome to Scandals, a trendy and up to date icon community that was created on July 15th, 2006. It is owned by both toxic___fuck and envied. You will find a variety of different graphics here, ranging from the usual heiresses to the more hard to find up and coming stars. Request posts are frequent as well as many different contests. Things are always fun here and you'll have the time of your life, we promise. ♥
