rumours are for losers  
So I have to do this. If you've heard some gossip about KS at the con from this past weekend, please note what was actually said by Katee, thanks to the wonderful [info]ez_as_pi:

Bionic Woman on the other hand, (clapping) um, thank you, um I don't know what's gonna happen with that one. I'm not even really like on the show anymore. I'm having a sit down with one of the new show runners in a couple of weeks or something like that to discuss future on the show. I don't know what's gonna happen with that you know. Battlestar has such a following that it does make sense for them to finish it. Bionic Woman on the other hand is such an expensive show and the ratings are (Katee makes a raspberry noise).

That was one of my questions (trivia) 'Who knows why Bionic Woman isn't doing well' (audience shouts lots of diff things, I heard 'no Katee') *she shrugs* I didn't say that. I don't know what will happen.

Word needs to get out because that "other" report is spreading all over the internet,including the author's personal "catty" observations, and its making our girl look bad.

Absolutely. It's pissing me off quite a bit, actually. Turns out I'm rather protective of KS! What's a fangirl to do.

Do you know of anywhere it's spread beyond Remote Access, Superheroflix and the USA today blog? I was crossing my fingers that it would die there.

Poor Katee. From everything I've read she's actually gone out of her way to defend Michelle Ryan more than once, and nine out of ten people I've read reports from agree that she never implied anything about her this time either.

I saw it on the Buddy TV forum tonight. It even had as the header something like " Sackoff;s on-set antics and bad attitude lead to her getting kicked off BW"

It then restated the Roadrunner comment.

I also saw it on a BW forum this morning.

I was at the con too and that's basically what I remember Katee saying. At no point did I hear Katee say anything negative about Michelle Ryan.

Ah, thanks. I've already heard several people deny that initial claim but it's nice to hear more people speaking up!

Can't say I've read anything else other than what you just posted, but I'd have to agree with Katee (and the audience shouting). I've been doubting all along whether or not the show will have legs. Katee IS honestly the best thing on it :)

I've never heard of Katee standing up at a convention or signing and slating another actor, particularly not in front of a crowd; the implication from the report that she was consistently being catty sounds so unlike the Katee from every other report I've heard that I dismissed it as rubbish. Sadly, it appears that other places online aren't. People love to be nasty on the gossip front.

She was definitely more hyper than she was in Chicago. But she has Thanksgiving off for the first time since BSG started and was leaving on vacation in like 12 hours.. she was a little giddy and making a lot of funny faces... It was quite comical. :)

I'll grant there was a wee bit of sarcasm.... *holds fingers very close together*
