The focus of this group is R E C O V E R Y and W E L L N E S S.
Pro-ana, pro-ED, posts about cutting, self-mutilation, injury or harm are not appropriate in this forum. There are currently over 130 LJ communities that focus on those issues. It is not fair to trigger people who want to find healthy ways to cope with their disorder(s), and therefore these issues are not welcome here.
* Note: No suicide notes please. No one here is equipped to deal with that sort of thing. If you feel suicidal, then contact a health professional and get proper treatment right away.
Other than those few rules, please feel free to share as much as you like about yourself. If it's something intensely personal, you may wish to consider making the post "friends only" so that only other community members may read it and comment.
