Welcome to SanguineSpark, the only LJ community around (to the best of our knowledge) dedicated to the Black Cat anime's pairing of Charden Flamberge* and Kirisaki Kyoko.

The creators,

kasbunny and

bowsergal felt that there was a severe lack in Charden and Kyoko fics, art, discussion, and ~~porn~~ other things. So we made a community to gather what little there was into one place.

The community name, sanguinespark, was painstakingly chosen particularly for it's meaning (especially the "sanguine" part):

Sanguine: cheerfully optimistic, hopeful, or confident (Kyoko), bloody; sanguinary; blood-red (Charden)

And the "spark" can be viewed as relating to Kyoko's Tao power or a "spark" as in a spark of the heart and one's adoration for another. Thus, you have a sanguine spark representing Kyoko and Charden.

XD We're rather relaxed about things here, but there are a few ground rules.

All content in the posts must be related to the pairing in some way. That's what we're here for, right?

Spoilers are fine, but please mark the presence of them, kay?

Put all art and fiction behind LJ-cuts, please, and mark if there may be spoilers.

Mark anything NC-17, so we can ~~add them to memories~~ keep the material away from people who don't want to see it. o:

We're friendly to shonen-ai, shojo-ai, yaoi and yuri pairings as well, but the main one has to be Charden and Kyoko.

Once we get everything a'goin', we'll be sure to put all fics and art in memories and tag them so you can find them.

*There's some dispute over the correct name for Charden/Sheldon/Sharden Flamberg/e. I'm just using the one I saw first, which was Charden Flamberge. Feel free to use whatever alternative you wish.

NOTE: TRAIN IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE ALTERNATIVE SPELLING FOR CHARDEN.
